Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Barbara S. Maxwell I began over 5 years ago writing to one of my sisters, by text each day, to lift her spirits. She was going through some depression and I did not know…moreI began over 5 years ago writing to one of my sisters, by text each day, to lift her spirits. She was going through some depression and I did not know how to help. I thought a text would reach her but not invade her privacy.
She and I began from that day and it kept going. I began to ask God to inspire me to write what He wanted me to say each day. I began to create devotionals from that beginning that continued out to more and more family and friends. From that I gathered some of my favorites and my daughters favorites that helped her as she matured.
