Amy McIntosh is an author, illustrator and the creator of Mim the Mouse and her tiny world. She gained a degree in Drama from The University of Exeter and is currently working as a Drama teacher in Dorset.

When she’s not writing or marking school books, you’ll find her tangled up with bundles of wool and paint splashed on her face as she always has a crafty project on the go!

Amy has also always been a keen performer in both professional and amateur theatre. Notable roles in Musical Theatre include Sarah in Guys and Dolls, Maria in The Sound of Music, Eliza Doolittle in My Fair Lady and Maria in West Side Story.
