Don't give up and take criticism seriously but not personally. I find my greatest growth has come from honest feedback. While it can often be painful, it helps us see the flaws in our style. However, be cautious. do not just take what others say and change your whole story. Instead, take what people offer, evaluate it for truth, and adjust as needed only when it is needed.

My life, my faith, my friends, and my family all inspire me. Oddly enough when I am struggling with problems I find it easier to write. I suppose writing is a sort of journal for me. While the story and the characters differ from the actual problems, I find the lessons learned are real and the message I hope to send is hidden in the pages.

I am currently outlining a new series. This time I think I will have all three books done at once before I start releasing them. Then I won't make people wait so long as last time.

I love to see the story unfold. It is like bringing people to life and you get to influence the outcome of that life. Sometimes the characters influence you instead.

I use my network of friends. When I feel stuck on something the best way to deal with it, for me anyway, is to talk it out. Then I find out where I got stuck in the first place. I often rewrite entire scenes when I discover the problem.
