Ever since Christy English picked up a fake sword in stage combat class at the age of fourteen, she has lived vicariously through the sword-wielding women of her imagination. Sometimes an actor, always a storyteller, Christy works happily with Sourcebooks Casablanca to bring the knife-throwing women of her novels to life. A banker by day and a writer by night, she loves to eat chocolate, drink too many soft drinks, and walk the mountain trails of her home in western North Carolina. Christy I really enjoyed it...I recommend it Stephanie. It's a good one...

Christy Stephanie wrote: "Wow! You ARE busy! We are all doing wonderful! I'm looking forward to hearing about the novel you are working on. :)"

Thank you Stephanie. I am in the middle of a romance series that sets Shakespearean comedies in Regency England. I am having a ball... :)

Christy Stephanie wrote: "Hey Christy! We miss seeing you on Ladies & Literature!"

I miss you guys too! I am wildly revising one novel while writing another. I'll be back more after the holidays, once my deadlines have calmed down. It has been a wild summer and fall, but I am loving it.

I hope you are all well. Blessings on you!

Christy There is so much out there about Eleanor...and I am so glad...she truly is amazing...

I. Love goodreads...I have met so many lovely people on it...

Alycia I can tell you love Eleanor :) I have not read a novel about her before To Be Queen, but after I definitely wanted to read more.

I do love GR too and all the wonderful people and authors that I have met.

Christy Alycia, I am so glad you read and liked TO BE QUEEN. I am completely devoted to Eleanor...can you tell? :) I am excited to hear that you are going to be diving into THE QUEEN'S PAWN...Eleanor is older in that novel, with a little more bitterness, but she is still her amazing self. Nothing gets her down. I truly admire her.

I am so happy to be friends with you on Goodreads. I love this site!

Alycia Thank you for the friendship Christy! I just read To Be Queen and really enjoyed it. I'm looking forward to reading The Queen's Pawn. :)
