Inked is a cute, fast, fun read - with it's only flaw being it's length (it is a VERY short story).

Scott Neumyer most definitely has a way with words, and is a step above the rest. I look forward to reading more of his books in the future!

Inked is a VERY short story that didn't really grab me until the last 15% of the book although saying that I would like to hear more of Jules story in a 2nd book to see how copes and what life brings for her now. Inked could have been a better novel if it had been longer and Scott Neumyer had gone in to more detail. I really hope that there will be a 2nd book with just a bit more length to it and would really like to read more of Scott Neumyer novels.
