In the midst of a prophecy about Gods and Goddesses, misunderstood seventeen year old Lila Crain moves to Shade, a foreboding small town with a curfew. Unable to imagine the life altering events that lie in wait.

The dark and charismatic Reid has a wolfish grin and amber eyes that would make any girl blush and he has his sights set on the new girl in school.

Reid's stunning friends - including icy top dog Sam - invite her into their clique. Flattered by their attention, Lila answers the intriguing call like a moth to a flame.

Thrillingly introduced to the local night life by the enigmatic group, Lila finally feels like she belongs. But her newly found friendships threaten to turn sour when she unwittingly develops feelings for the leader's off-limits boyfriend, Sky.

Lila's new found confidence is rocked further when an unstable classmate named Cresida warns her to stay away from the clique at all costs.

The clique like to keep their friends close and their enemies closer. Cresida knows their fatal secret and is honour-bound to protect those who are endangered.

When Lila's life is threatened she is determined to uncover the truth behind their mysterious lifestyle. She unwittingly starts off a chain of events that will forever change fate for both hunter and hunted.

Lila suddenly realises she is part of the legend - only not in the way she longs to be. The allure between hunter and hunted becomes a fatal attraction as she learns they have been waiting for her...

I have really enjoyed this series so far and this book was no exception. I did find it a bit slow in the beginning as there was a gradual build up to the final battle and sometimes I did want to skip ahead to all the action. The first half of the book deals with Lila and her feelings towards her fate, learning to train a new huntress and trying to choose her friends carefully. I was disappointed with Cres and her behaviour, while I understand where she was coming from, she was willing to let everybody down by acting on emotion instead of thinking things through and asking for help. Old foes return and new alliances are formed. Connections from the old are summoned to aid the pack yet neither side will walk away unscathed. Sky is desperate to warn Lila yet he may already be too late. Betrayal leaves its sting and comes from somewhere that Lila did not envision which will change everything. The next book can't come soon enough as Lila is backed into a corner and time is running out for her, will she fulfil her destiny or will her humanity be her undoing?

Night Fall details the preparations for and the battle between the Cult and non-Cult members.

As with the previous two books in the series, there is some local mythology or legend at the beginning of the book.

This book was formatted differently than the others which was a bit confusing. The most confusing part being instead of ending during a chapter, it ends with an epilogue. As with all books/tales involving life stories, it is not truly ended, I still have questions, but perhaps I am reading too much into the format.

The story line and characters are detailed and well written. The quick moving and engaging plot grabs the reader early.

Definitely an entertaining tale.

I felt this to be the best out of the three books I had read in the series. It was absolutely epic, you know with the battle coming and all. There are a few twists in the story e.g there is Caroline or better yet C.J who is quite similar to Lila (I won't tell you). Then Lila finally sees Sky and it strengthens her resolve to help save him from that place. You also get to know how deep Reid and Cres's feeling run, which is an awesome part in the book. Not to mention there is a lot of drama and it's what I love to read. AND GUESS WHAT??? THERE IS ANOTHER BOOK IN THIS SERIES!! Soo excited this has been amazing series as of yet!

**I received this book in exchange for an honest review. LoP, Lovers of Paranormal**
I enjoyed reading this book. I wasn't sure how the series was going to be, but in all honesty, I enjoyed reading Book 3 the most. This series has turned out to be a good one that keeps getting better. I liked how the plot played out. The story took a surprising turn. I enjoyed the characters. The addition of more people added to the story line. I would recommend adding this to your tbr list. I look forward to reading Book 4.

I've read all three of these books and am always surprised at what twists and turns the writer has in store for the reader.

Lila, the main character, is fabulous. She has such courage when it comes to saving or protecting all she holds dear, and such loyalty to her true love.

"Night Fall" focused on an impending war between werewolves and hunters. We discover that Sky is in fact alive. Narine and Sam have been working together to break Sky of his strong will. Sky returns to his room and finds that Lila has been there. She leaves him a feather and a set of dog tags. Yet, it’s when Sky really looks at the dog tags that he realizes Lila is leaving him a message. Lila finally reuniting with Sky strengthens her desire to retrieve him from the cult. Lila is also faced with the challenge named Caroline. Caroline or CJ is a fifteen year old girl whom they discovered is a newly tapped huntress by the gods. Lila doesn’t want to train CJ, but after seeing her abilities, she relents. We also see a developing relationship between Reid and Cres, much like Lila and Sky’s in the first book. Lila’s offensive to retrieve Sky does not go as well as she plans. We are left at the end of the book with Lila trapped by the Cult and the loss of some beloved characters.

I feel “Night Fall” is the best book of the series. Lila’s discovery that Sky was in fact alive left me jumping for joy. I enjoyed meeting new characters such as Aylish and Caroline. These new characters have added more layers to the story and blend beautifully together. We, the reader, know that this epic battle being Lila and the Cult has been coming for quite some time. Yet, the outcome of the battle isn’t exactly what I expected. We lose friends and enemies alike after the dust and smoke settle from Lila’s battle. Heart break runs rampant and Lila’s capture makes the reader fear that her time is quickly running out. She’s emotionally broken by the deaths of her friends and fears her strength and skills aren’t going to be enough to save those survivors trapped within the cults confines with her. I can not wait to find out what's to come in book #4.

Lila must follow a dark path towards a war that no one can win. Suspicions rage as the fight takes her into the belly of the beast. Lives will be lost in a vicious clash.

The hunter's legacy must be fulfilled in a vivid tale of heartbreak and betrayal as what rises must fall and those that have fallen must find the strength to rise again.
No one will emerge unscathed.

Lila finds out that what she has actually thought all along is true. Sky is alive! She spends her time preparing for an epic battle of rescuing the one she loves and destroying those that are responsible for taking him away from her.

Along the way another huntress is discovered and more allies arise. Secrets surround these characters and one huge secret is finally revealed.

This book is very emotional dealing with lots of turmoil as well as the deaths of friends and enemies. It is quick action and keeps you on the edge of your seat wondering which friends are true and which ones are actually enemies in disguise. The author does a good job at drawing you in and keeping your attention thru this tumultuous book. This is the third book in the series.

As with Books 1 and 2,Night Fall: What Rises must Fall also explains the mythology behind how the werewolves, the hunters and the legends surrounding Shade came to be. Personally I really enjoy mythology, so I found this story, even though it seems to be split up into parts to give you a peek at what the book you are about to read, holds an impressive overall fuller story behind the plot which will be significant to the out come of the series. It is as if it gives you small nuggets of information that you don't quite fully understand until you get further into the book and the short glimpse into the mythology proves this right because in Book 3: Night Fall an epic tale IS told, one worthy of the ancients.

Personally this was my most favourite book yet in the series. The tension of the build up to the battle is amazing and could not have been written better. C.J and Lila are a very interesting mix and a twist but they are so much alike it is uncanny. Lila and Sky finally lock eyes and the strength that Lila thought she had is tripled as she....... I rally do not want to give it away! Brilliantly written, slightly different flow to it but it works with the tension behind every move Lila makes with her allies to take down the Cult once and for all - Let the Battle commence!

The story is so in-depth, intriguing, and complex....you spend moments of never wanting it to end - and then cursing cause you just couldn't read it fast enough and you simply have to know what happens! It's also unpredictable....no matter how much you guess and think you know what's going to happen - there is just no way to guess all the complexities behind all these storylines. They are just so expertly woven together - it almost seems as if it is just one long novel. Granted, an extremely long one. But each book flows seamlessly into the next. In this one we get some new characters and things really start ramping up for the next book. I definitely recommend this series, particularly to people who enjoyed novels like the Imdalind series by Rebecca Ethington or the Twilight series by Stephanie Meyer or those similar in nature. Sections of the books also had me flashing back and thinking about the movie Mean Girls - particularly in the first book with all the discussion of 'cliques'....LOL They may seem a little slow going for some readers....there are times when it does drag a little, but most of that is worth it for the character depth that we are allowed to see and the complexities in all the relationships. The number one thing to keep in mind - they are so good!

I received this book in exchange for an honest review.

And here we are again..
The Situation is still the same, war seems to be unavoidable and to our surprise an other huntress is born:
Caroline.
But she is nothing a huntress is supposed to be. She is small, fragile and one simply wants to protect her. Well, I suppose one can't choose his allies in situations like this, right?

In this book a lot of new characters are added, so at first it's a little bit hard to follow, but I got used to this fast and it's pretty interesting to get more informations about everyone's past.

It finally comes to a war with an unexpected end.. ( But you better read this for yourself!! I didn't realise what would happen until just before it started! )

My opinion:
In fact I don't think this book is special. The whole series got an interesting background, but it's starting to wear off as the story is being dragged on. I believe it would have been better to simply end it with this book (naturally with an alternative end).
The writing style makes the book easy to read (I'm always fast to finish these), but I think I'm starting to get bored and finally want to see an end.
I still think it was a good read though, so I'm giving 3 stars.

I really wanted this book to be as amazing as my expectations of it were but sadly not.
With the promise of so much and the character developments in Lila the beginning to this book drew me in completely.
Here I was deep in the mystery of Shade once more, hoping for an epic battle between hunters and wolves but...
Further in I found that the story slowed down, Lila became a person I couldn't recognise from the previous books. Angry, ungrateful and her complete disregard for those helping her was something I wasn't interested in reading. The format had changed.
As it slowed down I thought it was due to a big build up to the forthcoming battle but in essence it really just felt like the author ran out of ideas.
Don’t get me wrong there are good elements to counteract the bad, the mystery still surrounds the older characters, and many questions are yet to be answered. That in itself shows this author can keep you guessing. There are new characters that have piqued my interest and the descriptive is incredibly detailed.
I just hope the next instalment can lift this back to delight the previous books gave.

I received this book free in exchange for an honest review and was very impressed.

This third book in the Wolf Sirens series was better than the other books. "Night Fall" focused on an impending war between werewolves and hunters. We are introduced to a few more characters. I like most of the characters. My favourites would have to be Lila, Sky, Tisane and Aylish. There is a surprise that is revealed about Tisane towards the end. Aylish was a good addition to the story and I enjoyed reading her sad story and watching her part in the whole plot grow.

Well of course the book finishes right when you want to keep reading. I am really excited to know there is a 4th book in the series and that it is coming out this year. i would love to review this next book also but will see what happens. I hope that will not be the last book either.

There were quite a lot of written errors in the book. Words that were in the wrong place in a sentence etc. however this do not detract much from my reading experience.

4 stars for this book.

An incredible installment to this series!

By far, this has been the best in this series so far. I enjoyed it immensely. After having gotten to know most of the main characters during the first 2 books, this one just took off in an action packed, suspenseful read that leaves the reader perched on the edge of their seat the whole entire time. When I started this book, never would I have guessed how it ended. Never. The characters and descriptions are vivid. Each character has their own distinct voice and personality and this story just jumps off the pages and comes to life. I look forward to reading the next one and seeing just what happens next. 5 stars, but I would definitely give it more if the reading system allowed.

With the impending war on the horizon, Lila discovers that Sky is indeed a and she is determined to rescue him.  A new huntress is added to the mix, whom Lila does not want to train, but does after she sees her abilities.  New characters add to the storyline and fill out an already busy story.   When the dust settles, you are yet again looking around to tally up the score.  Losses on both sides of the battle, and Lila now in the clutches of the bad guys leaves you grabbing for the next book to see what happens.
The books get better with each one I read, the story more fleshed out and the characters more compelling.
I give it 4 out of 5 fangs

Nightfall. Wolf Sirens 3 by Tina Smith

In this book you find the heroin, Lila learning to deal with her feelings and maturing into her destiny. I found my self on edge and anticipating the events because I was expecting the battlek. It had a much more significant plot because of the events coming which is very important to the outcome of the series. Its pack full of action which is intriguing indeed.

Once again Tina is gifted in know how to bring on the cliffhangers. You just don't know what to expect til it hits you! You find yourself rushing the next book to find out what happens next. It totally throws you off guard yet again. We just have to wait

I've enjoyed this book the most up to now(in this series).
The way she holds you in the story with twists and turns as become so much better since her first book(to me:-anyway).

The thing with this book compared to the other two is the drama. NOW that's what I do love to read.
The story takes a surprising turn(but I am not one of those who spoils a book so you will have to buy the set to read why).

I like the new characters she has brought in. But really she is making it harder to write a review without telling to much about the book.

All I can say is definitely put this on your TBR list.

I received this book in exchange for an honest review.

In this book, things come to a head between the cult and huntress. the story builds from the beginning of this book. I cant reveal to much for fear of spoiling it, it was a bit of Tisane!!

For me this was the best of the books it kept my interest going through out. This book stops just were you don't want it to, which means there's a 4th book. I would read the next book to see what happens with the war between the cult and the huntress.

thank you Tina for giving me the opportunity.

I received this book from TNT Reviews for an honest opinion.

The story of Wolf Sirens reaches a pinnacle in this third book. Will Lila find her true love, is the ancient story a lie? How do these two worlds come together, and will they survive the ultimate clash. Lila must rely on an unlikely source to finish what she started.

This book was a little difficult to read, as it switches between so many different tales within the story-line. One had to concentrate quite a bit. A good read none-the-less.

In this story Smith has us focusing on the impending war between werewolves and hunters. We also discover that Sky IS alive. The characters and descriptions are vivid. Each character has their own distinct voice and personality which helps this story just jump off the pages and comes to life. Again the story is well written and builds as you read. I am far more impressed with this book than the previous two. Smith shows more and more growth with each story she brings us. I look forward to book 4!

Once again this book ended with the kind of cliff hanger that can make you go crazy wondering what's going to happen next. There was a lot of action in this one, especially at the end. I was partially heartbroken over some of the things that happened, and I can not wait to find out what's going to become of everyone in book #4.

Well well well another good read, action pack, that grabs you right from the beginning.

The author certainly has done her research on mythology and incorporated it in her book.

Well written, and makes you want the next book straight away.
