A Sizzling Collection of Sensual and Erotic Romances

His Wicked Games, by Ember Casey *****

I LOVED this erotic contemporary take on Beauty and the Beast! The tale concerns the reclusive Billionaire Calder Cunningham and Lily Frazer, who trespasses onto his estate, to convince him not to pull the plug on his family’s funding of the community arts centre she runs with her father. I adored the increasingly passionate encounters between the couple as Lily risks all, including her heart to secure the future of the centre. Both characters were fun to get to know and the love-making scenes were particularly inventive AND super sizzling! Suffice to say that I have added a couple of fantasies to my list after reading this novel. I am looking forward to reading His Wicked Games, book #2.

Fierce, by Clarissa Wild *****

This is an emotionally intense and oh SO sexy New Adult read. I ADORED how the author pairs geeky Freshman Autumn with the super-hot bad boy Hunter and how they bring out the best in each other. Hunter is following a dark path and when Autumn falls hard for him will he drag her down with him or will she be his light and saving grace? The plot is full of suspense and twists and turns and Clarissa Wild has a real gift for character building. There are some sizzling scenes and plenty of angst as Autumn unravels the many secrets that Hunter is hiding behind his rough persona. The read contains lots of hot and sweet sex between the couple and also violence and drug references. Book #2 Flame, which continues their romance promises to be a must read.

That First Kiss, by J. C. Valentine *****

A sexy and memorable read featuring a sassy heroine and a loveable playboy, which brims with passion, humour and some great characterisations. It is impossible not to like the spunky heroine Piper who wants to escape her poverty stricken roots as she is hardworking, fun loving and independent. The scene where she first hooks up with Tate is a SIZZLING one! There were times when I could have cheerfully slapped Tate for being such a cad to Piper, but he DID grow on me. I particularly loved how Piper stood up to him and tried to ignore the attraction between them. Of course, although Tate has commitment issues he cannot deny the attraction he feels for Piper, yet will he lose her before it is too late?

Slow Burn, by V.J Chambers ****

In this romance I loved the fact that the hero Griffin and the heroine Leigh, two individuals who are very much broken in their own way, come together and help each other to mend. Leigh is leading an aimless life at college, indulging in drugs and meaningless sex, until Griffin appears. Realising she is in dire danger and at the same time becoming more and more attracted to the taciturn bodyguard hottie that is Griffin, Leigh decides to turn her life around. Despite their attraction, Griffin hides a dark secret that could jeopardise their future relationship and enemies are hot on their heels trying to destroy them. The tale contains some hot scenes, jealousy, drugs, violence and suspense. There are also references to psychological and physical abuse. Slow Agony is the next read in this series.

Layers, by Lacey Silks *****

This is SUPER SEXY erotic Romantic Suspense and one of my favourite within the boxed set in terms of its sizzling scenes and its intricate plot which kept me guessing. The heroine Allie wants revenge on a man responsible for destroying her life. The hero Tristan needs her expertise to help him rescue someone close to him and the mission puts her in great danger. I LOVED the chemistry between them – it is off the Richter scale and they cannot keep their hands off each other! Yet will Allie escape physically and emotionally from the mission once it’s complete and will she succeed in garnering Tristan’s help in exacting revenge? The read is very suspenseful and secrets are slowly revealed as the story progresses. It does end on one helluva cliff hanger and I will definitely read the next book, Layers Peeled, as I badly need to know what happens next!

Learning Curves I and II: French Cooking 101 and Advanced French Kissing, by Olivia Rigal ****

This novel is cleverly and expertly written – just when I thought that I had got the measure of some of the main characters I began to question my opinions and wonder if they are at all what they seem! I liked how it was written from the different POV of the main characters, giving me a real insight into their motivations and their actions. The novel is inter-dispersed with delightful French recipes, much humour and some hot lovemaking scenes. The principal characters have some baggage from previous relationships which they have to come to terms with. The book mainly focuses on the romances of siblings Mary and Peter. Peter, a widowed academic, who has accompanied his sister to Paris. Both siblings find romance – Mary with the taciturn George, an author and Peter with the owner of the cooking school, Ariane. The path to true love is not straightforward for Ariane and Peter however, as there are sacrifices ahead and also secrets from the past that the couple will have to contend with. Also is Peter the right man for Ariane after all she has been though? The next book in the series, Learning Curves 3, Detention, continues the tale.

Can’t Shake You, by Molly McBain *****

This romance is also a favourite of mine from this boxed set. It tells of Josh and Carissa, who spent a passionate night together four years ago, after which fate drew them part. Yet a few years down the line Josh returns to the small town and he finds himself honour bound to assist Carissa with a property renovation. A permanent relationship seems out of the question as since their initial encounter, Carissa has had a relationship with Josh’s best friend. I loved the emotional and physical attraction between the couple and how their mutual lust turns to passion and they become friends with benefits and more! Will Josh’s sense of honour, coupled with the fact he does not feel good enough for Carissa mean their relationship is doomed? Carissa also has her own emotional issues to deal with. Can these two wounded people help each other to heal? An unexpected enemy puts adds an element of danger and suspense to the scorching plot.

His Indecent Lessons, by Sky Corrigan ****

This is a bold piece of work as it deals with what is regarded as a taboo subject – a relationship between a student (albeit one who has reached her majority of 18) and a college professor who is older than her. Whereas Cheyenne fantasized about meeting a more mature student who would show her the ropes in terms of sex, she strikes gold with her sexy college professor Damien. The way Cheyenne inadvertently draws his attention to her is a scene that I will NOT forget in a hurry and had me cringing and laughing out loud at the same time! Little does she realise the consequences of her actions as she embarks on college lessons of a totally unexpected kind, where she begins to explore her sexuality more fully! Yet is there a future for them when she is so young and Damien has his position as a professor to protect, not to mention the age gap? Is it just sex or is there something more? This works well as a standalone but Sky Corrigan continues their romance in His Indecent Training, which promises to take their relationship to the next level.

Rae Omnibus. Billionaire In Disguise: Rae, by Blair Babylon *****

OMG – this book is by far my favourite! It is downright sexy, the scorching love-making scenes being something very special indeed. I just loved the characters of both the hero and the heroine and as the plot progresses the emotionally intense scenes at times moved me to tears. When Rae Stone agrees to work at the Devilhouse, a BDSM club run by Wulf a mysterious and controlling Dom, so that she can fund her college course and her dream of a clinic for autistic children, little does she know how her life will never be the same again. The imagination of the author knows no bounds, the love-making scenes are sublime and their rollercoaster romance went in directions that I could not have anticipated, but the storyline flowed beautifully. I was totally emotionally invested in the characters and I will certainly be seeking this author out again. This book is a standalone, but the next book in the series, Falling Hard: (Billionaires in Disguise: Lizzy) sounds a must read too.

Sorority Pledge (Books 1-6), by Daizie Draper ****

This is a coming of age story, comprising the first six books in a ten book serialization that follows a rocky romance where the hero Logan and the heroine Addison delve into the BDSM lifestyle in a big way! It contains many heated scenes of power play between the couple as they explore the dynamics of the BDSM lifestyle for themselves and what their own limits are. It balances this with the impact this has on their studies and their growing bond with one another. It is sexually explicit and a good introduction to readers who are not familiar with reading books on this lifestyle but want to read more.

That First Kiss by J.C. Valentine

Piper Donovan needs a job - bad. She's running on fumes and if she doesn't get this job, she's done for - no choice but to head back to Alabama. She had left that small town with no intention of ever going back there to live, she was meant for the big city and with any luck, she'd stay here.

Tate Larson needs an assistant, or a keeper, either way he needs help. Some people may think he's unreasonable, rude and downright nasty, but in his opinion, everyone should have the same work ethic as he does -- and want to wait on him hand and foot.

Piper gets the job and goes out with her girls to celebrate, and catching the eye of the hottie with the body and takes him up on his invitation to for hot sex in the women's bathroom.

Imagine both their surprise when Piper shows up for her first day on the job and the hottie is none other than Tate Larson, her new boss. Tate can't believe his luck -- sure he'd been thinking about her since their hook-up but that doesn't mean he wants to work with her. The hottie from the club has been replaced by an irritable a$$ that makes her want to hop on the first bus back to small town, Alabama.

Jump aboard the crazy train that tells the story of Piper and Tate. Lots of real life scenarios mixed with misunderstandings, denials and lust.

This was the first book that I've read by Ms. Valentine, but it won't be the last.

This box set is jam packed with hot alphas, hot sex and hot women! I really enjoyed Billionaires in Disguise: Rae. This book was about Reagan who was flunking a class in college and needed to find a good paying job since her scholarship was going to be pulled. Rae’s friends tell her to go to the Devilhouse, she can make $2,000 a week there. When Rae’s friends take her there for a party and to introduce her to The Dom, she has no idea that the blonde hottie SHE banged up against the wall was THE Dom. This was an awesome series book and it kept your attention the whole time and made you want to keep reading. I loved Wulf and how humble he was and how he just wanted to be loved for him.

Characters: well written and easy to relate to on most levels

Sex: hot and steamy

I read Can't Shake You (River Bend #1) by Molly McLain, the seventh story in Red Hot Obsessions.

Can't Shake You is an excellent example of a small town traditional romance. It was a joy to read. Good build up lots of story and different characters, a bit of mystery with realistic drama.

The romance and steamy scenes between Josh and Carissa is sizzling hot but there is more to story than just their relationship. This is romance for grown ups and I loved it so much I've already purchased Can't Hold Back (River Bend #1.5).

Firstly this is a great collection of books, you will not be disappointed. So many Alpha Males to fantasise over and live the story every step of the way with them. I had only come across Ember Casey’s writing before but I now have more Great Authors to read and follow. This seriously is the hottest collection of books you can come across and what better way to get such a collection then to buy Red Hot Obsessions. However your TBR List will get a whole lot longer after you have read this collection of books that I can guarantee because mine sure has.

His Wicked Games by Ember Casey
Story of a Billionaire with a huge secret, it takes the falling for a rich Bachelor to a whole new level and I loved it. It’s a great read and you will be quick to add the other books in the series to your TBR List. Ask for Calder OMG I loved him, you are attracted to his hidden character immediately, however Ember Casey keeps you guessing till the very end as to what secret he is hiding.

Fierce by Clarissa Wild
Great read and I can’t wait to read more. Clarissa Wild put on many twists and turns to the story keeping you guessing and still making the ending unpredictable, I absolutely loved it. Not your normal love story but boy did it pull at those hearts strings in places. You can’t not love Hunter Bane he is strong in every sense of the word and what a life he is living. My TBR List just got a whole lot longer.

Another great read, but this is one story you will find yourself shouting at, it’s so obvious yet so un obvious to them. However you can not put the book down you just need to know what they are going to do next. Tate Larson has a broken heart and he has met his match in Piper Donovan, but can he realise what he has in front of him before it’s too late. Can’t wait to read more of J.C. Valentine’s books.

Slow Burn by V.J. Chambers
Taking romance and action to a whole new level, Leigh and Griffin both hold a huge secret. Her life’s in danger no thanks to her Father and Griffin was begged by him to keep her safe. However neither knew they would end up falling for each other and helping the other with there broken souls. The story has a great twist to it and a few things left unanswered, I can not wait to read more in the series to see What V.J. Chambers has in store for Leigh and Griffin.

Layers Deep by Lacey Silks
Firstly OMG what a cliff hanger Lacey Silks leaves you with, what will happen next and how, why etc. Great read, could not put it down. The passion and attraction between Tristan and Allie is HOT really HOT. From the moment they meet neither can deny they have a strong attraction. She needs to work for his company to seek her revenge and Tristan needs Allie to help him find a kidnapped friend; emotions are high on so many levels. Can they complete the mission and keep their emotions professional? I can’t wait to read the rest of the trilogy.

Learning Curves 1&2 by Olivia Rigal
Two short but great reads, book two leaves you with a moment off, seriously your ending the story there??? And yes she does. Set in the world’s most romantic city of Paris, Ariane sets up an intense cooking workshop weekend for a few American clients. Not only does Ariane find an attraction in one of the clients but two other clients also find an attraction in each other. The first book follows the story of two couples but book two goes onto Ariane and Peters story with updates on a few of the characters from the first book. Loved the story outline and again can’t wait to read the third book.

This is one huge box set. I'll be honest, it's the first time I've ever taken on such a huge collection. There are over 3000 pages to read here! For the price you simply can't beat it.

When they say this collection contains 10 full length novels, you can believe them. There really are 10 full length novels, not novellas, not short stories pretending to be novels, these are real full length novels. Most of them are the first part of a series, so if you love a particular novel, be prepared to go out and pick up the rest of the novels in that series. Actually, I think that's probably sort of the whole point of creating a box collection like this.

I have to say I enjoyed nearly all of these novels. Some probably more than others, but there really wasn't a stinker in the whole bunch. The highlights for me were:

His Wicked Games by Ember Casey. I'm going to have to go out and get the rest of this series. I have to know what happens to Lily and Calder next.

That First Kiss by J.C. Valentine. Although this is book two from the author's Night Call series, it is really a great standalone story. It tells the steamy story of notoriously difficult to get along with author, Tate Larson and his new assistant, Piper Donovan.

Slow Burn by V.J. Chambers. This is a strange mix of science fiction and romance. It features super soldiers who cannot die, unless you cut their spinal chord. Although it's the first part of a series, it read like a standalone novel which I really enjoyed.

Billionaires in Disguise: Rae by Blair Babylon. This was a great series of nine short episodes that together formed a complete novel telling the delightful story of how Rae met and fell in love with the "Dom" of the The Devilhouse. Definitely one of my favorites in the whole collection.

I enjoyed all of the others as well, but those listed above were the standouts for me. 

You really cannot go wrong with this collection. You get a ton of reading for next to nothing. You may like one of the books more than another, but I promise you won't find a really bad book in this collection. Enjoy!

So far, I have read only two of the stories - see below - but I can see this is going to introduce me to some great new series already.

Learning Curves - by Olivia Regal
This series (two episodes are provided) is set in Paris and starts at a Cookery School; already two major pluses for me. There is an amazing amount of detail about all of the characters, which submerges you into their world very quickly, and had me worrying and smiling in equal measure. I was a Peter shipper, until the elderly landlady Caroline uncovered some of his proclivities. Now I am not so sure... will have to get the next book to find out how it all turns out! This is a fun, steamy read, with something for everyone.

His Indecent Lessons - by Sky Corgan
This is the first in a series - which splits depending on what you would prefer to read - erotica or BDSM - which I think is a clever idea, and can give you twice as much of the characters, if you like them.The first introduces us to Skylar. She is newly enrolled in college and ready for an adventure. Possibly unwisely, she falls for one of her professors, who agrees to give her private lessons in sex. Combine this with a high school friend who is desperate to take things further and Skylar gets into all kind of tangles! There are a whole host of ethical issues which she wrestles with too, which are interesting to observe.
This is a fun, sexy romp, which starts Skylar on a voyage of discovery.

For a bargain price, there is definitely enough here to whet your appetite and have you discovering a whole range of new books to read - Enjoy!

Something for everyone!

This boxed set is an amazing compilation of talented authors who are known for writing sensual romances. The variety of subgenres guarantees that there is a little something for everyone, but if you are anything like me I know that once you start reading you won't be able to stop!

I haven't finished all the stories yet, but the ones I've read so far have already put this boxed set at the top of my list of this summer's best reads!

FIERCE by Clarissa Wild
A well written, fast paced, sensual adventure about discovering who you are, who you're meant to be, and finding the strength to survive in the arms of the one person who makes you complete. Opposites attract in this coming of age drama that drew me in from the very first page!

BILLIONAIRES IN DISGUISE: RAE by Blair Babylon
An erotic romance set in a decadent BDSM world that only Blair Babylon could create, The Devilhouse series immerses readers into Rae's journey of self discovery. The complex relationship that develops between Rae and Wolf takes them on an emotional journey of self discovery. I give 5 out of 5 stars over all.


Wow! That is all I can say about Red Hot Obsessions! You get 10 full novels for the price of one. It is totally worth it. I give all of these books 4 or 5 stars each. Although each book is in the steamy, hot, and sexy genre, they are each uniquely different. When read one I kept thinking that they couldn’t get better than the last, but I was so wrong.
These are either first books in series or books that can be read as a stand alone. If you are looking for great series to start, then pick this one up, read the first book, and buy the next ones if you are into it. I plan to finish each of these series.
I also just found 10 more authors to stalk for new books! Don’t own this one yet? What are you waiting for?!? Get it now!

Always Enough by Molly McLain

This is a short sexy story starring Tony and Nicole from Can't Get Enough (River Bend #2). They are already a firmly established couple but life has gotten in the way, and they hardly get any time together. In this story they finally get a chance to reconnect as lovers. I really enjoyed seeing them again, the challenges they face as a married couple will be familiar to those readers with children and careers who've gotten stuck in a rut. They still have chemistry together and we get a lovely sexy scene between them. It was great to visit them again, and a good reminder of how lovely this series is!

WOW!!!!! That is the first thing that comes to mind when I think about all these books being together. Each book held my attention from the first word. Between all these books you get a little bit of everything. There is drama, romance, and of course smut. When I agreed to read this I only knew one author involved. Now I can say I have some new favorites and I will be looking for more books from these authors. Unlike a lot of boxed sets by different authors that I have read where you get short stories these are all full length novels that will keep you on the edge of your seat and may or may not leave you felling HOT! I highly recommend this to anyone over the age of 18!

Casey did an excellent job in giving these two characters real-life problems outside of the romance. Although this book is erotic, it has a lot more to it than just sex, or even just romance, it has something running deeper.

Lily doesn't know what's hit here when she breaks into the Cunningham estate...but she's about to meet the handsome Calder Cunningham and be subjected to His Wicked Games .

Holy Hotness!

I can't wait to get back to this story. Who could resist reading a story about a curious and playful vixen (Lily), Mr. Tall Dark and Handsome (Calder), a mansion with secret tunnels and a garden maze and an attraction so hot that it melts butter? Not me for sure.

Love and lust simmer in the air like spices.

Since this is a HUGE selection of books that I didn't want to rush through I chose to randomly select two of the books and give my review before I finished the others. Holy Moly is it HOTTTTT!!!! I have to say the two men in this series that I have read so far are sexy, hot, A-L-P-H-A men!! So get ready ladies cause I can't wait to finish the other books in this set!!!

Fierce by Clarissa Wild
3.5 Stars out of 5
Fierce is a wild ride full of intense action. There is never a dull moment once self proclaimed nerd queen Autumn meets handsome confusing bad boy Hunter Bane! Their relationship is full of angst and animal attraction from the beginning and gets hotter as they learn more about each other.

Hunter's busted up face, secret rendezvous, and weird roommate are almost more than Autumn can handle so her investigative skills kick in and that's where the real intrigue of this book comes in.

Overall it was well written structurally, it just seemed rushed in the romance department. I didn't see any progression in Autumn and Hunter's emotional relationship or why she would be so invested in his well being from the beginning, it just was an assumed state of being from the moment they met and not in a “love at first site” kind of way.
While I felt Fierce was formulaic to it's genre, I was very pleased and surprised by Ms.Wild's fantastic twist ending!
I would recommend this book as a quick read if you like intense intrigue with hot men!

Babylon takes you from as pure of a vanilla bean as you can get and introduces her to what the emotional and physical needs are behind Dominance and how being a submissive is truly a great source of power in both areas. Rae is a funny, sassy, sexy as heck, eye opening, enlightening read!

Rae is a "Good Girl" who went to church, kept her heart, mind, and body pure, and had a dream to better herself, even though her family was a little unimpressed that she was stepping out from her role as expected wife and mother. She knew there was an unsavory side to life because the men in her family were a part of it, but that didn't stop her from knowing right from wrong or from following her dream to start a clinic for autistic kids. What did stop her was statistics, with a scholarship on the outs she has to find a way to pay for college and keep her cousin from finding out she is failing a class.
In comes The Dom! Oh Sweetness....The Dom! Yummo!! Sexy, controlled, willing and able to submit or teach a lesson, he allows Rae to earn her tuition money at his special club, however sharing isn't his strong suit and what does a good girl know about D/s?

This series is sooo worth your time and I can't wait to start Lizzy, which is one of Rae's good friends in the book!

Pepper, My Secret Book Spot

I haven't read all of the books but I have read several and based on this I know this will be a fabulous collection and a bargain for 99 cents.

Fierce: I liked Autumn. I have never been comfortable in social situations so I could relate to her nerd status, preferring her books and studying over attending parties. Her best friend Evie is her sidekick and they have each other's backs. As usual for Autumn, her first day on campus is eventful and she makes a stellar entrance but she catches the eye of Hunter Bane who nicknames her Leafy. Autumn has no experience with relationships but she is drawn to Hunter which excites and terrifies her at the same time. Hunter is hiding a lot of secrets but he is drawn to Autumn and even though he knows he should stay away from her, he keeps putting himself in situations to see her. I liked their back and forth and the way they both helped each other. Autumn showed Hunter that he deserved to be loved and Hunter showed Autumn that she was desirable. I also loved how Hunter helped Autumn find her inner strength ... the ability to be Fierce.

Layers Deep: Yes, there is a cliff hanger but OMG, what an amazing, sexy, suspenseful, erotic ride. Allie Green sees Tristan Cross when he comes to the police in search of someone for his investigation firm and can't keep her eyes off him. When Allie had an encounter with Tristan at a bar that evening, the sparks do fly but she works to maintain a professional relationship. Tristan is doing everything he can to convince Allie to work for him – he needs her expertise to find/save someone. Allie really wants to work for Tristan so she can find/destroy someone from her past. The banter/dialogue between Tristan and Allie is witty, flirty and electrically charged. The element of suspense as Allie prepares and then goes undercover to find/rescue Tristan's friend will keep you glued to the page/screen. Really loved the chemistry between Allie and Tristan which generates incredible sex scenes … even in the boxing ring! Anxiously awaiting the next installment … need to know how the conversation ends.

That First Kiss: I enjoyed this story, made for a great Saturday escape. Piper is a great character coming from a small town and trying to make it on her own in a big city. The new job she gets puts in, puts her up against Tate Larson who's a jerk to pretty much everyone but Piper doesn't take any of his crap which makes for fun dialogue and great character interactions. This back and forth was fun to watch as Piper gets under Tate's skin and forces him to face some demons from his past but will it be in time to win Piper especially since he kept pushing her away. Stand alone book.

So I am unable to read all the books right now but I did read Layer's Deep By Lacey Silks:

This is the first novel by Lacey Silks I have read and I was not disappointed. It was very different then other books and it was a nice change of pace.

Allie Green is a rookie cop with something in her past that she has been hiding for over a decade. She wants revenge and being a cop is a step closer to want she has always wanted. Her mother and herself are the only ones that know about their secret so she thought....

Tristan Cross is the owner of the most successful investigations and security firm in the Country. He Is in search of an new employee for a very special undercover job and when he enters the room of rookie women police he knows she is there. The perfect woman for the job and maybe for even more....

Allie is drawn to Tristan the minute he enters the room. She can not take her eyes away from this amazingly hot man in a suit that does not suit him. There is a connection from the start between these two. They both need to focus on their goals, hers of revenge and his of this special job. They have no idea that they need each other even more than they ever thought.

Tristan and Allie's chemistry is hott! It is beyond just sex and I love that! They crave one another and they are there for eachother and it really is sweet at the same time. I also like the story, the undercover job is unique and dangerous but Allie knows she can complete it, she does not want to fail him. Can she complete the job she was hired for?

There is a big cliffhanger and I knew that halfway through and I really want to Layers peeled so bad but have to wait.

5 SIZZLING STARS!

This is an amazing boxed set of 10 books by 10 amazing authors that will leave you hot and bothered! And this is an amazing freaking deal! Most of these books are $2.99 and up! And yes while some of these are part of a series, most have a clear resolution but still panting for more.

This book is sizzling. Each book is sexy with sweet and enough angst to keep you on the edge of your seat. They have twists, turns, suspense, action, and one bad boy who will be tamed by that one girl that has them on their knees.

One of the books in this boxed set and my favorite is Fierce by Clarissa Wild. Below is my review of that book! Clarissa's writing style is hot, sexy, and full of angst. She has a way of pulling you in and gutting you before piecing everything back together.

This book was really good. I love contemporary romances with some suspense and that is this book. I was shocked by the end as to who was "guilty". This book has a lot of twists and turns. Autumn the main character is a nerdy girl wanting to break out of her shell. I wasn't crazy about her best friend Evie. I felt like she wanted to keep Autumn in her own bubble and we obviously saw why about mid way through the book. Hunter was a sexy bad boy on campus. He was the epitome of bad versus good in one. I don't want to give away the plot so you must read your self to find out but if you like suspense with drama and laugh out loud moments then this is for you!

I also loved His Indecent Lessons by Sky Corgan. Oh boy! That was a hot student/teacher romance that will leave you wanting to find your own professor to be naughty with. I loved Damien. The man was sex on a stick walking God. And I also love Chey! Another favorite is Can't Shake You by Molly McLain. This was a great book with one sexy Marine (well ex Marine but really isn't it the same). This was a quick sexy read with a great plot. She is a new author to me and it definitely won't be the last book I read by her. Each book s sexy and hot in its on way!

New to me Author.
This book was hilariously funny and oh so sexy. Lily is in need of funds to save their museum of sorts and she goes to hit up the son of a man who has always donated Calder. Well she ends up stuck at his mansion due to storms and Oh let the games begin. Wicked Games is a very good name for the book as that’s just what happens through out the book. It’s a huge game of Lust, Sex, and well maybe an HEA?
Awesome story I enjoyed it reading it very much and highly recommend.

Hunter and Autumn take us on some serious ups and downs. Hunter is damaged or so he thinks and Autumn aka Leafy well she sees something beyond all that. Great Love here !!! Awesome Book.


That First Kiss by J.C. Valentine
New to me Author.
In this cute story we have Tate Larson who is a big time book author. Tate has fired all of his assistants and his boss has had enough. He hires on Piper Donovan. She is Bright and Feisty and he hopes she can handle the Lion of an Author known as Tate. Tate and Piper however had already met. In a night club prior to her starting her new job. Tate took her in the bathroom. Now I will leave you guessing what taking meant as I do not want to give this wonderful story away too much.
Let me just say I loved it !! Its HOT , SEXY and the characters are strong.

This is an absolutely amazing collection of hot stories to keep you entertained one the summer! I won't attempt to write a full review of each book but needless to say so far the stories have all been five star reads from me!

Having never read anything by any of the other authors before it was such a great way of being introduced to them. I particularly loved His Wicked Games by Ember Casey which is incredibly steamy but had me from the first page. The "game" that Calder plays to give Lily what she needs and wants is something totally different!

I love Fierce by Clarissa Wild and you won't be able to resist falling for Hunter and the story will have you turning the pages until finish! I devoured this book in hours and it certainly leaves you wanting more from Hunter and Leafy (Autumn)!

That First Kiss by J C Valentine is also the first of her books that I have read and I must admit it frustrated me yet I couldn't put it down! Classic one night stand that comes back to bite a girl on the backside and the interaction between Piper and Tate is worth the read!

Slow Burn by V J Chambers - WOW this one was a bonus for me - such a gritty story and it kept me turning the pages. I was gripped from the start with Leigh and Griffin and it is a totally different read to the prior books! A worthy read in its own merits!

Layers Deep by Lacey Silks this was a different spin on the troubled girl meets the wealthy boy story and was a good diversion from the usual! As with most of the books in they boxed set this one is part of a series but I was left feeling a little frustrated at the ending (cliffhanger) and will definitely have to re read when I buy the sequel but all in all it was a good, yet very different book!

And the bonus is that I STILL have five books left to read - Learning Curves by Olivia Regal, Can't Shake You by Molly McLean, His Indecent Lessons by Sky Corgan, Sorority Pledge by Daizie Draper and Rae Omnibus by Blair Babylon. This has to be a 5 star read if nothing else but for the incredible value in getting ten hot books and ten hot book boyfriends to boot!

This is one huge box set. I'll be honest, it's the first time I've ever taken on such a huge collection. There are over 3000 pages to read here! For the price you simply can't beat it.

When they say this collection contains 10 full length novels, you can believe them. There really are 10 full length novels, not novellas, not short stories pretending to be novels, these are real full length novels. Most of them are the first part of a series, so if you love a particular novel, be prepared to go out and pick up the rest of the novels in that series. Actually, I think that's probably sort of the whole point of creating a box collection like this.

I have to say I enjoyed nearly all of these novels. Some probably more than others, but there really wasn't a stinker in the whole bunch. The highlights for me were:

His Wicked Games by Ember Casey. I'm going to have to go out and get the rest of this series. I have to know what happens to Lily and Calder next.

That First Kiss by J.C. Valentine. Although this is book two from the author's Night Call series, it is really a great standalone story. It tells the steamy story of notoriously difficult to get along with author, Tate Larson and his new assistant, Piper Donovan.

Slow Burn by V.J. Chambers. This is a strange mix of science fiction and romance. It features super soldiers who cannot die, unless you cut their spinal chord. Although it's the first part of a series, it read like a standalone novel which I really enjoyed.

Billionaires in Disguise: Rae by Blair Babylon. This was a great series of nine short episodes that together formed a complete novel telling the delightful story of how Rae met and fell in love with the "Dom" of the The Devilhouse. Definitely one of my favorites in the whole collection.

I enjoyed all of the others as well, but those listed above were the standouts for me.

You really cannot go wrong with this collection. You get a ton of reading for next to nothing. You may like one of the books more than another, but I promise you won't find a really bad book in this collection. Enjoy!

This one started a little slow for me, but once it got going it really got going. Hot Sexy little read. More than the typical billionaire book. There was sex, but there was romance too. Lily is feisty and knows what she wants. Will Calder stand in the way of that? Good Read!

Slow Burn - V.J. Chambers 3.5 stars
There are so many twists and turns in this one, I loved it. I love the "real" feel Chambers gives her characters. This kept me questioning if they ever were truly going to get their HEA. Love the action wrapped around a love story. Definitely going to check out the other titles from Chambers.

Deep Layers - Lacey Silks 3.0 stars
I had high hopes for this one but it fell flat for me. If you are going to paint the main character as a strong female, keep her a strong female throughout. It seems like she lost some of her edge half way through. Don't get me wrong it was very well written and the sex scenes were hot! I need to see where this one goes I will be picking up book #2 in the series.

Sorority Pledge - Daizie Draper 4.0 stars
Review done on books 1-6.

Sorority Pledge follows Addison throughout of her journey of finding herself. She has a desire to submit, she is a submissive in search of a Dom. Addison is sure she finds the perfect person to fill that role. Logan knows he has a darker side deep within, but he tries to keep that part of himself hidden. The six books follow Logan and Addison as they find their new positions in a D/s relationship. It's naughty, it's erotic, it's kinky, it's fun, it's sexy. Good read! There are four books within this series that I must go get!

Well.. where do I start? I purchased this gem of a collection a couple of years ago, every few months I'll read one story from the collection and end buying the original to put on my shelf which turned out to be an entire series. Red Hot Obsessions is worse than any Candy Crush addiction, I tell you the stories get better and better. I could sit here and give a review about specific stories (my favs perhaps). But I'd rather give my review of the entire collection after all it seems pointless when the reviewer recaps the book description (especially when they copy/paste the blurb.
Red Hot Obsessions gives an amazing blend of erotic romance for readers on many levels, the stories are fun and dramatic, complicated and emotional. But no matter how you categorize them, they more erotic, more emotional push you limits further each time. What amazes me is as erotic and sexual as these books are in nature the stories themselves are extremely well developed. In other words this is an extremely well thought out collection of stories from different authors I had never heard of before.
The two reason's I deducted a star: (1) Sales/Marketing trick (a clever way to get you to by more books: some of these books could be treated as stand alone, but they are mostly part of a series, if you want to know what happens to the MC's or other characters that you like you'll have to purchase them. Believe me, if you enjoy them as much as I did you'll be spending plenty of time and money doing just that. (2) Is based entirely on my personal preferences; the last story was too excessive for my taste. It was hard for me to end everything with BDSM that was for me too much to bare (no pun intended). Others may feel differently, thankfully the rest of the stories were all in all diverse, well written, challenging and sexy.

Holy hot hell! Red Hot Obsessions was a wild ride to say the least! I reviewed each of the books included separately and averaged the ratings to come up with this final rating. I won't include every individual review here since they are all posted on their own.

I loved this collection! Most of the books included in the Red Hot Obsessions Boxed Set were amazing and were perfectly fitting for it. A couple of them though, I could have done without, but that's just my personal opinion. The ones that I liked, were hot, sexy, edgy, angsty...wow, I just don't think I have apt words to describe it all!

WOW!! I didn't get a chance to read all the books but the ones I did were HOT!!!

His Wicked Games by Ember Casey- Lily is trying to save the Frazier Center of Arts and has to contend with the biggest jerk ever, Calder Cunningham. He will help her, but only if she can win the money from him. Easy enough, not if Calder has anything to do with it. This isn't a normal game, there are emotions involved and Lily isn't sure she can win this game, no matter how much she needs to. I really liked how strong and passionate Lily was about the Arts Center and what she believed in. She was ready to do whatever it took to save it, even if it meant her heat, GO LILY!!

That First Kiss by J.C. Valentine- Tate is your typical playboy who thinks he has it all until he meets Piper. The sexual tension between this is OFF the charts!! Piper definitely gives Tate a run for his money and I LOVE that!! I also loved that it was about a publishing company. I always enjoy reading about other people who enjoy/work in the book field.

Slow Burn by V.J. Chambers-Leigh is a damaged, drug, and alcohol enjoying woman who has been hiding since her father got mixed up with the wrong people. She doesn't care much about life or what it will bring for her and when Griffin enters her life, all she wants is a scratch itched and to be on her way. Griffin has other ideas. He doesn't mean to start having feelings for Leigh but he couldn't help seeing through the drugs and alcohol to the woman that was hiding behind it all. AWESOME gun fight action!! I need a man like Griffin in my life!!

His Wicked Games by Ember Casey is HOT!

The sexual tension between Lily and Calder is enough to raise the hairs on the back of your neck. She is trying to get money for her father’s business, but when she meets Calder and tries to convince him for a donation, the sparks flying are sending her into a frenzy and she’s trying very hard to fight them. Lily doesn’t want to give in and admit her attraction to him, but when he proposes game playing to achieve her goals, WOW, the sexy scenes that unfold are amazing and definitely require you have a fan nearby.

Fierce by Clarissa Wild is an example of opposites attract.

Autumn and Hunter, two college students couldn’t be any more different. She’s the studious virgin and he’s the bad boy misfit. He’s into some very shady things and she’s trying to help him. So much is going on around them and they both have problems together and on their own, but none of that is enough to keep them apart. Their attraction for each other builds until neither can deny it and when they come together, it’s definitely explosive. Another great read.

This compilation of stories is made up of one adventure after another. Very strong men who will get the panties wet and women, who know how to push their buttons, will keep you wanting more. There is a little bit of everything and although maybe not all stories will be for everyone, those two stories I mentioned alone, are enough to get this book bundle.
