Now, he sees images of the future through the windows all around him, but he has to study the images to get the full meaning. With staggering threats on every side, James must protect his new family from those who are still after him. We have to wonder if he can keep this up – Can he succeed in protecting them?

Award-winning author, Chariss K. Walker, M.Msc., Reiki Master/Teacher, writes both fiction and nonfiction books with a metaphysical and spiritual component. Her fiction expresses a visionary/metaphysical message that illustrates growth in a character's consciousness while utilizing a paranormal aspect. Her nonfiction books share insight, hope, and inspiration.
Those who search for meaning and the supernatural in themselves will enjoy her books.
Even though Chariss also writes dark-fiction about insanely dark topics, such as sexual abuse, incest, pedophilia, sexual assault, and other inappropriate dinner conversation, there is always an essential question of the abstract nature that gives a reader increasing awareness and perception.

Windows All Around (The Vision Chronicles Book 4) by Chariss K. Walker Windows All Around (The Vision Chronicles Book 4) by Chariss K. Walker continues where Window's Pane, Book 3 stopped. I gave it five stars.

Wow, what an intense beginning! Kathleen, the infant under Patty and Sand's guardianship has been kidnapped. Thanks to a vision James had, they arrived in time to call the ambulance for Jesse who was still unconscious from being tasered. Sands discovered the security videos were outdated and didn't show the vehicle the unknown woman and man left in. James thought based on the woman that it was the nanny Missy Jones from the orphanage.

The entire family traveled to Italy. "Every place we visited was for that same reason--to see something. To touch something and let it touch us. Danny and Patty hadn't traveled very much."

James reflects on the changing of his visions. "It's only been a few months since my ability changed from fragmented images in a kaleidoscope to panoramic views in the windows all around. I didn’t understand why the drastic change, but I did know the gift needed attention. To utilize it properly, I needed to understand it better. I began by focusing my intention on a single window."

I received a complimentary copy from the author. That did not change my opinion for this review. I look forward to reading Open Spaces, Book 5.

James Lewis definitely has his hands full--so much to see and so much to accomplish. Keeping everyone calm and collected is not always that easy especially when trying to figure out something that seems to be headed his way.

I am still enjoying this series--always something new and exciting happening!

Windows All Around is the fourth in this eight book series. This one touched me to the core, because baby Kathleen is abducted and the grief and pain that the whole family went through was just rough to read. After the baby is found, Patty still doesn't want to leave the manor and James seems to find a solution to help her find her way back.

James seems to have trouble on whatever he attempts to do. For instance, because he showed a technique that was taught by his deceased friend to a counselor, the company that was stalking him sent a few people to see if he was really James and not Mike. This is a pretty fast paced book compared to the three previous book read. These books just keep dragging you deeper and deeper into the minds and hearts of this gifted family.

I have finally gotten used to the pace of these books. I find them intriguing. The detail makes them very enjoyable. The characters are well-developed and fun to see interacting with each other and in different situations. There are a couple of them that I haven't figured out, but I'm sure I will by the end of this series. I am definitely hooked, and I can hardly wait to begin the next one.

What a gift!

It’s so cool to watch James’s gift advance. Wouldn’t it be amazing to be able to experience this kind of gift? I don’t want to give anything away so I’ll just say, there are several challenges in this story and the gift is used much more than before. Enjoy!
