This is the 7th book in the series, and it is like the rest of the series for adults only due to the steamy content. As always Elsa Jade does a fantastic job pulling me into the story where putting it down is not an option :)
New friends in Angels Rest!!! This is Diesel and Willow’s story. Things happen that snuck up on me because I was thinking in a completely different direction. I really hope this series continues because I just love this world and conflicts and battles with the treacherous Kingdom Guard. Elsa has a way with words! I would love to visit Angels Rest and visit the Mesa.
I highly recommend this series to all shifter lovers because you will find something to love :)

I was given a copy of 'Cry Wolf' by Elsa Jade, in exchange for an honest review.
This didn't sit long in my kindle app before it was being read. I only got it today & already it's finished. There was so much happening within this installment, it kept me riveted. I do HIGHLY recommend you read this series "Wolves of Angels Rest" in order, it's not needed, but it does make alot more sense if you do.
Diesel in Angels Rest to help with the Kingdom Guard, on a trip to Vegas he has a wild night with a beautiful women before he finishes what he came to do. It's not until he's leaving with his team does he find out her name.... Willow has finished her concerts & now has some time off to write her songs for the next album, a chance encounter leads her to Angels Rest, where she soon runs into Diesel again...

It's taken 20 years for Willow and Diesel get a HEA as Wendy and Danny finally come full-circle. Loved it.
'Cry Wolf' is the seventh book in the action packed Wolves of Angels Rest series by Elsa Jade and I was given a copy by the author in exchange for an honest review. Well written in the third person, this gripping book is also part of the multi-author Mating Season Collection of stand alone paranormal romance short stories and novellas, and I really couldn't put it down. It grabbed me on the first page and I was so immersed in the story that everything else passed me by until I got to the end, but who needs lunch anyway.
Country music star Willow Raleigh is coming to the end of a year long stint in Las Vegas and she and her band, The Eagle Boys, are due for a short break before they start work on a new album. The problem is that Willow is failing, her nerves are frayed and she hasn't written a new song worth having in a year. Calming her anxiety in the back alley, she meets Diesel and there's just something about him that makes her want him. And she could do with a night of heavy duty relief.
Diesel, werewolf and ex-army special ops is looking for a back way into the casino and Willow, with her VIP key card, is just the ticket. He needs help from the local shifters to fight the Kingdom Guard who are kidnapping and torturing shifters on their doorstep, but there's just something about this woman that keeps making him lose his focus.
I don't want to give any spoilers here, but when Willow turns up in Angels Rest for a couple of weeks to try and write some new songs, she and Diesel discover they've met before, and something which began when they were seven years old, something which could threaten Willow's life, is growing stronger and won't be denied.
Elsa Jade has done it again, I'm seriously addicted to her books and I absolutely loved this action packed story of true mates who finally get to have a happily ever after. Filled with wonderful characters, it has some sad bits, and I really felt for Diesel and the life he'd been forced to live until he joined the army. It also has humour, some seriously hot steamy bits, bad guys to fight, bullets flying, in fact everything you could possibly want, but there is a down side. The Kingdom Guard scum got to not only live, but walk away to regroup. A mistake on pack Alpha Kane's part that could easily come back to haunt them. I really can't wait for the next book in this fantastic series.

This is a series that started out great and has somehow gotten better with each book. In Cry Wolf, Diesel has gone to Las Vegas to meet with the Alpha there, a wolf of power who has refused his calls. He needs a way into the pack's casino and the Alpha' s office and is scouting the back alley when a sultry voice calls to him, asking if he has a light. A few cliched rounds later, they are struggling to make it to her suite before tearing each other's clothes off.
Willow is a country singing star at the end of a Vegas booking and trying to find her inner muse to write new music for an upcoming album. She goes out back after her last set of the night and sees a man built like a bodyguard walking toward her. On impulse she calls out to him, and in the banter and attraction that follows, she has the feeling there is something familiar about him. She wakes the next morning to an empty bed and a missing room key card, but over the next week can't get him out of her head. So she takes the band's old van on a trip to Angels Rest, a place Diesel described to her. Because it's hunting season she can't find a room there. But Diesel finds her at a local diner and takes her to Maddie's. During introductions they learn each other's given names and realize they know each other from when they were seven, a time when he spent two weeks with his cousin then had to leave. But not before making a blood oath that they would find each other again, a bond that marked her and placed a sleeping wolf inside her, waiting. A bond and sleeping wolf she knows nothing about, any more than she knows about the wolf inside the man she is falling for.

Diesel is one hard nosed sexy ass hot blooded male and also a werewolf shifter from Angels Rest. is on a mission to rid the world of the shifter hating Kingdom Guard people, While trying to figure out how to get in to the casino, he comes across a sassy redhead in the back alley asking for a light to her cigarette. Hmm maybe he can use this to his advantage.
A night of heated passion, no regrets no commitments, just a one night stand right?

I love this series Angels Rest just gets better and better. This one just touched my heart in ways I didn't expect. A love that started when they were children, they knew then, but didn't and now they do.
Willow has accomplished her goal in life, she became the famous Country singer she told Danny her friend, she would be when they were children. But she still feels empty and doesn't know why, so she looks for love every night in the arms of a stranger...Till she has a one night stand with Diesel and doesn't understand why she feels so empty when she discovers him gone.
Diesel now knows why he felt that pull to Willow when he he was with her last night, she's his Wendy from that summer he spent at his cousins and they made a blood oath. How can he tell her now that that blood oath they made means so much more than children's games and the sex they had last night brings them closer to the bonding and her closer to a world she doesn't even know exists. Will she accept him, or will she be angry that he has torn her from her world of glitter?
Have the wolves of Angels Rest finally dismantled the Kingdom Guard and Dr. Kurtz evil experiments?

The killing moon is full and Willow, a top country western singer is restless after singing so she sneaks out back of the casino for a smoke. Thanking a drag off her cigarette she thinks of how unhappy her life is and after working so hard to be a star it's still not what calls to her. She see a man walking to her one that she really shouldn't get involved with but just can't seem to help herself. That choice changes everything.
Diesel is looking for a way into the casino, but this hot curvy woman is be on anything he wants to pass up. She is a way in and an evening of fun.
So why when the time comes to leave is it so hard?
What a story. Love lost and found then almost lost forever. This story is hot full of spice but also has danger, drama and the action I crave. It's a must read!
If your a shifter fan you will not be disappointed in this story.

They met in an alley behind the casino-Willow and Diesel-had a hot night together before he went on his merry way. He took her key card and headed to the penthouse- just where he needed to be-and got the help he need too. Then he left town and on his way out he learned who she was…WILLOW RALEIGH…country music star. They met again a few days later in Angel’s Rest.. and that’s when they both find out they met years ago as kids. Now Diesel knows that he has marked her unintentionally and needs to explain but the timing is all wrong. He has to fight the Kingdom Guards and release their shifter prisoners- and he is not sure he will survive the assault. But all that seems to change when she is taken prisoner and Diesel knows he has to save her. Will she ever forgive him and understand he had no idea what had happened ?

While Diesel is in Vegas to talk with the pack there he happens on this beauty of a redhead and has a wild night with her. But she was his way in as well to the back side of the casino and to the pack Alpha’s lair. After his night he leaves her and talks to the Alpha and explains of the war coming. Country-western star Willow Raleigh needs to find her songs again and decides that the place Diesel told her about was just as good as any, Angels Rest. As much as Diesel wants her, he doesn’t want her in danger or his fight. But fate is a fickle lady. This is war on the Kingdom Guard, and it’s about to happen no matter what. Loved this story, mostly likely my favorite of Wolves of Angels Rest series. Well written and thoroughly enjoyable to read.

Willow Raleigh has not had a hit record for a while and having a 1 night stand with a sexy Diesel brings out feeling she stored away years ago. Soldier Werewolf and a Southern Cowgirl
Elsa Jade's series Wolves of Angels Rest keeps getting better and better. Cry Wolf is wonderful. Her characters become more loveable with each book. Diesel and Willow have fast become two of my favorite characters in the series. Their story is so charming. The idea of a love that stands the test of time is always heartfelt. I truly hope there will be more of their relationship in the upcoming books. So far each book has had past characters story develop throughout the series, I sincerely hope this holds true for Diesel and Willow. This book more than earned Five stars.

I got this in exchange for an honest review, I am a fan of Elsa work and she is a great author I love shifters and this one had my favourite shifter in it and I adore wolves this was great book to read the story line was amazing Diesel and Willow are wonderful characters I loved how they meet interact and how the sparks fly between them not only that it had a lot of suspense action and much more I recommend this to everyone

I love the Wolves of Angels Rest and this series make you wish it was real and you could go there and find yourself a hot sexy wolf. This book is fast paced , full of excitment, and not only keeps your heart racing but your panties wet. I was gifted this book for an honest review and I recommend it

This series is one of the best. As I have said in previous reviews I like that these stories all flow yet stand on their own. I would recommend that you read them in order so you get the fullness of the story .
