Pretty decent read. Not mind blowing page turning but overall nice
Loved the plot story and idea.
Nothing stood out as BAD, the whole story was just kind of easily pleasant. Probably wouldnt read it again - doesnt have much reread value but i didnt hate it.
Writing wasnt atrocious, grammar was nice so there was an editor or something.

Surprise Love
Nola's heart was broken after loving one man she trusted for 7 years. Only to tell her he was in love with the lady they were very close to. Nola went out of the country for a getaway only to find a man of her dreams but at what cost!! I had no complaints of this book. 5stars

Loved
Kaye Blue rocks with the intense and dedicated men of Silver Industries. Duarte and Nola have a journey that most do not experience in a lifetime. Another easy to read and well written book!!!!

Okay read
Not up to your usual standard, kaye. The relationship did not have time or opportunity to develop before they are in bed and in love! I just was not totally convinced. I know the men are professionals but it all seemed too easy and contrived. All tell not show!! After saying that it was an enjoyable read. I would recommend it but I would perhaps recommend the other books in the Ultimate collection more. In fact, try all her books; they are wonderful!!

There's an interesting plot here. And the suspense, while not mind-blowing, is pretty good.
The mystery surrounds smuggling and trafficking - not of some mundane thing like drugs, but rhino tusks. The narrative only mentions it briefly
This is a novella, and while the narrative is fast-paced, so is the "romance". It's love at first sight for the MCs and they have sex at the most inopportune moment - at two separate times, in fact, both after escaping the baddies! Do you seriously want to risk being caught bare-assed?
But I like the characters enough that I could see this novella as the first part of a full-length book (the suspense), and a second part could be added on to tackle the romance.
The book, however, needs a lot of editing. The sentences are sometimes unwieldy, and there are continuity issues (she hurts her ankle and there's blood, but later we find out she has boots on and her feet have been left unscathed).
Note: This book was apparently previously published under the same title, Ultimate Escape by author Lydia Rowan, who changed her name to Kaye Blue. That book has more reviews.

Cruz is a rugged, sexy mercenary. Currently, he is out of the country on a job. As he spots his mark, he realizes she's not what he expected....but she's definitely in trouble. As they try to escape the trouble surrounding them, they fall deeper into each other.
Cruz was very protective and unwavering in both his abilities and his promises. Nola was brave and strong when she needed to be, but also compassionate and forgiving with Cruz.

Fast paced.
Nola Bailey decides a trip to Vietnam is called for when her boyfriend of seven years ends their relationship.
But her nievity sees her followed, her room broken into, men killed and bullets shot at her!
Cruz was supposed to go after Nola for smuggling, but in an instant he knew her innocence and together with his team they'd help her.
Good chemistry between Nola and Cruz. Plenty of suspense, nice twist that I was not expecting. Would have liked more.

Escape. I received this book as an ARC member in return for an honest review. This book was fun. It had me hooked from page one until the end. I was glued to the story of Nola going to a far off land for vacation and getting caught up in some dangerous animal trafficking. Cruz comes to save the day after he realizes Nola is not involved in the crime. It keeps you wanting more.

June 20, 2016It was a little slow at the beginning but once she went on vacation man did thing kick up. it turned out to be action packed and steamy. it was a very short story wish it had more to it. loved the characters.

This is a new author for me. I enjoyed it. It was fast paced and I didn't want it to end.

A quick easy read. How the airline seat was changed cannot be done like that in real life as there are rules. Outside of that well written.

It started good then went womp womp. I lost the connection you started on the bus and had in the hotel room. After that it was fast forward the whole book. I understand you wanted to start another series but Nola and Cruz deserved a better story than this.
