Selena Kitt is a NEW YORK TIMES bestselling and award-winning author of erotic and romance fiction. She is one of the highest selling erotic writers in the business with over two million books sold!
Her writing embodies everything from the spicy to the scandalous, but watch out-this kitty also has sharp claws and her stories often include intriguing edges and twists that take readers to new, thought-provoking depths.
Her books EcoErotica (2009), The Real Mother Goose (2010) and Heidi and the Kaiser (2011) were all Epic Award Finalists. Her only gay male romance, Second Chance, won the Epic Award in Erotica in 2011. Her story, Connections, was one of the runners-up for the 2006 Rauxa Prize, given annually to an erotic short story of “exceptional literary quality.”
Donnie and the Maid by Selena Kitt This was such a great read, I wish it was longer...I really didn't want it to end. I loved Don and Elena together, his ex-wife is a total Biotch and her ex-husband will never receive a husband of the year award. Donnie's house hasn't been cleaned since he and his wife divorced over a year ago so to say that he has an ant and mouse problem wouldn't be a total shocker now would it. After Diana makes a comment to her dad about it all he decides to ask a friend to recommend someone to help him with the household chores. He is thrilled to find out that an old high school friend has just started a cleaning business so he calls and hires her. Needless to say they both get more out of this arrangement. After their first time together Elena opens up to him about her being a submissive and it opens a new world to Don after he does his research on BDSM. Don takes to his new roll as her Dom like bees to honey, he is such a natural it makes you wonder why he hadn't tried this before.
Unique by Avery Aster I enjoyed this quick read but was very disappointed that it wasn't the full story only the first several chapters.
Found by Tara Crescent Alexander/Marc and Ellie/Rachel are both trained killers that meet in a bar in the seedy part of Saint Denis France. Ellie had been kidnapped and raped repeatedly over a two year span 6 years earlier, when she finally left her captivity she became a woman with a vengeance and started training as an assassin with the plans on taking out everyone that had raped her in the two years she was held. Alexander is also an assassin his story is a little different from Ellie's and I'm sure we don't know the full extent of his story. The chemistry is evident when they start talking to one another. This looks like it is going to be another great series by Tara Crescent.
All of these stories are stellar. Huck Pilgrim is one of my favourites and what (or rather, who) drew me in. Every tale teases a tumultuous, sometimes ambiguous moral themed around transition. Some characters span cities and timelines, while others travel internally as convictions coalesce. I recommend this to readers interested in relativity and pacing since these are not stroke stories. There is considerable dialogue and buildup which would elucidate enlightenment and/or contextualize characters; and this either prefaces or is interspersed in the action.
