Omg this girl "Amber" is so naive, like omg how dumb can you be? Like Viktor is a vampire and his twin sister, not sure what Vincent is as of yet! But the guys from La Push are werewolves, the sign even says no vampire allowed. She even read Twilight and still didn't get it like b'
This girl in this book is stressing me out!

I really don't understand how Amber, could get mad at Vincent and Glinda. She's the one who couldn't pick between two brothers. And to me, it seems like she likes Viktor more than Vincent. But she should know by now that Glinda and Vincent kissed before as to my knowledge from the first book.

Dude, lol I finally finish this book. Like I'm confused lol the ending had me like what? I can't wait to read part 3 whenever that comes out. Hopefully, the author will let us readers know. I was saying to myself is Victor dead or nah?. And I do wonder if Lucky and his people from LA Push are werewolves. And also I do wonder if Glinda and the rest of the people are freaking vampires because I truly don't know. I hope in the next book the author let Amber idiot self-find out lol. I kept fussing while reading this book. And it stressful because I REALLY wanted to know what Kirk wanted to tell Amber. It's felt like I was running around with Amber (like a chicken with its head cut off) "trying to figure out what's the deal is with everyone in that town.

Lastly, I think Ken may be a werewolf of some sort I cannot put my finger on it for sure. But I do want Amber to be smarter in the next book. She's making my head hurt. For how dumb she is wit all the signs that people are giving and around her
I felt like she's in denial and doesn't wanna believe anything. And what's up with the animals in the woods. I bet it Lucky or one of his people.

Few Spoliers...
I thought Amber was going to pick which brother she wanted at the end but I guess Viktor decided for her (because I assume he tried to kill himself?) not sure where the ending was going I was lost because it skips to her being awake after she was attacked by Kirk and Lucky saving her. I'm with Amber on this (lost ) hopefully, part 3 comes out soon before I forget what's going on.

Forks, Book Two by A.E. Davis

The flow was really good and I was able to get into the book rather quickly, as I was familiar with A. E. Davis' writing having read her first book, Forks. I really enjoyed the second book, not more than the first, but it went by much faster than I wanted (to me that is a sign of a good book!), but that is most likely due to the fact that I already knew the background, the characters and had an idea of what was going on. I was definitely cheering for Amber, the main character, to finally make a choice between the boys...would it be one of the hot-then-cold brothers... Vincent, who's definitely more hot, but has a major wondering eye (or lips to be more exact) or Viktor, who seems to run more cold, but when he turns his attention toward her, you KNOW he definitely wants her or would she pick her Quileute friend, Lucky, who she's also very interested, but still won't tell her his real name, oh, and he has a knack for 'rescuing damsels in distress' it seems . Choices, choices, choices, what is a girl to do? Maybe turn to her best friend Glinda for some advice, but she seems to have her own agenda...something's really 'hinky' with that girl... There's so much more I'd like to add or ask questions about (food for thought), but I don't want to accidentally put any spoilers out. I am very excited and can't wait for the next book!!

Still great..

This one was a little repetitive... There was a lot of grabbing water bottles and oh-Kay's... Viktor and Vincent are very frustrating though...lol I do find myself flopping between which team I want to be. It's a great story but like I said for book one. It could use a little editing. Definitely worth reading.

All I'm a say is Amber I like her but man she annoying at times. I never seen some that was as naive as she. Hopefully in book 3 she finds out what's going in that town. Heck man, I wanna know too. Plus I already know she's aiming towards Viktor. I mean may as well. Shes not trying to give Vincent any play. That's who I wanted her with guess that's just wishful dreaming lol. Smh

That ending! I won't give anything away but this book is a real page turner. It gives you an insight into Forks the town and the people in it.
I love the main characters, each with their own level of mystery about them. This book had a few unexpected twists and I cannot wait to read book 3.

PHENOMENAL, CAPTIVATING, AMAZING A REAL EYE FOR DETAIL. I LOVED THE STORY, THE EXCITEMENT OF THE MAIN CHARACTER PROVIDED AS I READ. VERY IMAGINATIVE EXPERIENCE A MUST READ. I REALLY DIDN'T THINK I WOULD ENJOY THIS BOOK BUT I COULDN'T PUT IT DOWN I FINISHED IT IN 1 DAY & BOOK 1 THE DAY BEFORE. IM DIEING TO READ BOOK 3, THE ANTICIPATION IS KILLING ME! IF YOU LOVE VAMPIRES, POSSIBLY WOLVES, & ROMANCE, DANGER, & HOLDING YOUR BREATH AT CERTAIN TIMES THIS IS A BOOK FOR YOU, BUT YOU HAVE TO READ IT TO SEE THE BEAUTY & THE PHENOMENAL CREATION THAT CAME TO BE "FORKS"!

Amazing!!!

This book was captivating from the start. I couldn't put it down and finished in less than a day like the first. I loved it and really REALLY hope the third one comes out very soon. The characters are amazing. Everything is confusing yet grappling. I feel like I have to know what's going on. Can't wait for the next Book!!!!

Very Jumblely

90+ chapters and we had to listen to the main character being hot and cold along with all the other characters. Make a Decision and stink with it. Quit complaining and going back and forth.

Let me just say this book was so much better then I thought it would be I still don't know what the heck viktor and Vincent are or lucky for that matter but the story just pulls you into its world this book is so much better this time around I tried to drag the pages so it didn't end amber still works my nerves and so does her mother but it still a good book and Ken I think he's some sort of hunter there's so much more to them I can't wait for the 3rd and actually hopes A.E Davis doesn't stop there.

When will Book 3 be out?!?

I loved the first two and am on pins and needles waiting for the next book! I suppose this might be classified as YA, but this 41 year old teacher is a voracious reader of all genres and I am hooked! I just can't wait for the next book! Wonderful compliments to the author!

Ok why do I keep reading when all I want to do is strangle all of the characters? Why? I’ve stopped better books then this in the middle. Why do I feel like I need to read book three? Do I think they will finally say what is actually going on in the town? Do I think Amber will finally tell everyone around her off for how crappy they treat her? Is it just because I have the boxset? 🤷‍♀️

Couldn't put the book down. Can't wait to read book 3 and find out what happen. It's an interesting twist on Twilight. Wasn't sure I would enjoy the book but so far have enjoyed them

Loved it

This book keeps you guessing about Amber's circle of friends, and all the secrets that keep you mind going trying to figure out the whole story. It's a really good plot and I can't wait for book 3 to come out.

Forks, #2 was good as the first one, I hope part 3 will be the same. Also, I wanted Amber to be with Vincent so bad, >.< Like dang, I felt so bad when she was hurting him. And telling him she couldn't date but got all hype when his brother asked her out. But how can she be so upset when he's kissing all on Cressida when she likes him and his brother. She might as well let him go and let the females who actually want to date him have him. She's irritating because she can't decide who she wants. I'd go for the guy who shows me more attention, not the one who barely says anything. Vincent is always there whereas Viktor never there (mind you) Vampires can't go where werewolves go lol like hmm. I wish her dumb self realize half the town is wolves and the other are vampires.
