"Here, monsters wear faces of angels, and trust doesn’t exist… for the most part, neither does hope."

Well, FML and WTF??? The finale was an absolutely dizzying, spiraling descent into hell and madness. And it almost took me with it. Sofia has transformed and adapted once again, all in the name of survival. But as she adapts for Dmitri, she must embrace her role as the Red Queen and leave her lightness and conscience behind. Dmitri, I am so conflicted about. He needs to burn in the bowels of hell and yet just like Sofia, I fell into a love/hate relationship with him although I use the word 'love' sparingly. Watching Sofia embrace the darkness and seeing their two dark souls dance and intertwine was like a funeral mixed with the most dark of romances. The line their relationship walked was always such a fine one and constantly flipping from one extreme to the other.

This was really a rather quick book in wrapping things up and if I hadn't been so morbidly obsessed with watching as things started to rot and fall apart everywhere around them, I probably would've paid more attention to the little pieces that were never accounted for. But I didn't. For any other characters in this book, it really came down to Sofia and Dmitri and when she finally met his level of black with only that one little piece of heart (Eva's) still pure, it was a done deal.

I felt the foreboding for the end but it still didn't prepare me and I was furious at who was taken given who was left, unpunished and hardly addressed. There is no Hope in the end. There is no escape. There is only a huge fucking tragedy of epic proportions. I would scream 'no fair' but given the world the author created, I see that she stayed true to this it. Once Sofia let go of her sanity too and embraced her role, there was really only time counting down.

So as sick as it sounds, I did in the very end see the most twisted, unconscionable love story between Dmitri and Sofia - it isn't pretty, it isn't constant, it's bloody and it will lead to no place good, but in it's own way, in the blackness - it was there.

4*** still reeling stars.

Before I started this book, I've re-read Snuff and Snuffed: Part 1 because it had been too long ago I read those books to really remember all the details of Sofia and Dimitri's story! So... I was ready and prepared… and sooo looking forward to this book..... but dayam... now I'm sooo disappointed.
We had to wait a whole year for the release of Snuffed Part Two and then it's only a little over 100 pages?? Disappointing!
Although Sofia and Dimitri's story definitely came to an end, the way it ended was... disappointing. (Not because they both seized to exist, which was kinda refreshing, but the incompleteness of it all.) This story felt rushed and incomplete/unfinished. At times, things were confusing… and disappointing.
What happened in Dimitri’s dacha was still sick, cruel and depraved… the poor guy really lost it… and brought Sophia down with him. And Sophia let it all happen and played along just to save baby Eva. Well… keywords for this book: incoherent {afgeraffeld!} and not-satisfying, which was disappointing. So, my rating: only 3 ieniemienie disappointing stars. {Een afgeraffeld, onsamenhangend, teleurstellend einde van een veelbelovend verhaal!}
If I'd know this book would be such a letdown for me, I obviously would not have re-read the first two books. For me, this third book really diminishes the other 2 books.
All and all... (in case you haven't noticed, lol!) I'm disappointed!

Newsflash: it seems we'll hear more from Konstantin, Alexie, Alina and baby Eva ('Young God', October '17).
Oh… and farewell to Bonny Capps >>> hello to B. Bennett.

I am so disappointed with that ending that I can't even believe it. Gosh, this story had a wonderful plot and that ending poured mudwater all over it. I wish someone would've told me to not read the last 3 chapters of this book and make up an ending in my mind for myself.

I gushed about how amazing the previous two books were and they were. Even this one was.....until I read the last 3 chapters. I could cry right now, I am so frustrated. The ending made no sense whatsoever and it was so abrupt. It felt like the author was just fed up with the series and wanted to be done with it. 😭 I am sad that this wasn't a hit for me and I was expecting it to be. A lot💔

Some quotes that I liked from this book :

Us, together… we’ve become our own beast. Love and hatred combined, both compelled to win… to defeat the other. Only thing is, I’m not blinded by love, because the more that I see him, the more of his weaknesses become exposed. Him, however… I see it in his eyes. When he looks at me, he shows me something I never thought he was capable of, and it isn’t love.
It’s admiration.

- Sofia

There is a certain beauty to insanity, and while I stand between normalcy and lunacy, I know that I must remain here; in the void that keeps me aware.
-Sofia

"Surviving is one thing, trading everything that you are, that is something entirely different.”
-Konstantine

I feel anarchy pumping through my veins - feeding the rage which swells in my heart. There isn’t enough affection that he could offer to quell the defiance in me.
-Sofia

“When the rich wage war, it’s the poor that die. Remember that, mouse. If you have enough money, you might not be Immortal – but your legacy will be.”
-Dimitri

There is no perfect woman for a man like me. But, as Sofia has proven once again, she is my favorite imperfection.
-Dimitri

Dimitri’s arrogance is his worst enemy, and the fact that he thinks he’s undefeatable works to his disadvantage. He’s never had to survive.
I have.

Wow I have to hand it to this author. She can really write some malicious, unhinged characters who do warped, disturbing things. With the first book in this series I was less than impressed with the writing and plot. The second book picked up the pace with darker content and intensity. The third book, which is more novella length, gets even darker. People in this book are nuts. They'll do anything to hold onto their position and power. Sofia is sadly just one of many who's been caught up in their madness. All she wants is to be free again, but obstacle after obstacle presents itself in front of her. And then when she actually has the chance for freedom That's what brainwashing and captivity will do to you. No happy endings here.

I would love to see how the story continues but the author's note at the end of this book (which came out in 2017) says to look for the next book "Young God" to be released in October of that year, and I can't find any mention of this book anywhere. I'd say some justice was served however, though other hopes are crushed without apology by the author. After finishing this series, I'd recommended it if you don't have any hard limits.

Well FML!!! What in the haystacks just happened? Welp Bonny you did a number on the emotions with this conclusion, my dear!

Although it's been a bit since the second book, this book resumes beautifully where book two ended! The horror, the gore, are painstakingly present throughout the story, thank the book gods! Anything else would have been an insult to this awesome series!

Dimitri is straight cray-cray and because I like the occasional demented psycho, I have a soft spot for ole boy! His wifey...well daggnabit! What a surprise she turned out to be! But can we blame her for the ultimate sacrifice? I mean mothers protect their babes at all costs, right?

I'm super pleased with the ending of this series! It's NOT for everyone but it's definitely for me! Boom!

4.5 stars!

asfghjkl; Guyyyys I can't with this ending. WRYYYYYY. It's literally been YEARS and I still am not resigned to this ending. My entire soul was ripped apart by this damn ending. I finally worked up the courage to revisit this book and my mental trauma.

Also, I don't think I will ever not be jumpscared by the cover of this book. I'm all for creepy covers, but I'd rather not be freaked out by female Satan every time I open this book on my kindle.

Ok, now that that's off my chest... the actual book itself.

The third and last book continues off with Sophia trying desperately to acclimate to her life as the Red Queen, taking her place beside her psychotic serial killer bratva pakhan husband, Dimitri. He is the dark and terrible king of this criminal empire, and Sophia has to become what she hates in order to protect their baby, Eva.

This image basically summarizes the entire novel.
Whenever it looks like Sophia started getting into her role and leashed her mad dog husband, things got worse. So much worse. Poor girl never gets a break. I guess it's probably as realistic a simulation as any to the rollercoaster of being married to someone like Jason or Freddy Kreuger.

Sophia, the universe's chewtoy and heroine:
My girl Sophia, they did you so dirty in this story. I was SO MAD. I think the dumbest mistake she did was sleeping with Vadim in the first book (which was part of what devalued her to Dimitri and caused her a lot of torture), but jeebus. Girl had to sell her soul to survive, only to be killed off anyways by Dimitri's bitch sister like WTF. AND FOR WHAT?! Because his disgusting incestuous sister was jealous?! SOPHIA DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO BE WITH HIM. Goddammit this pissed me off so much.

Dimitri, psychotic husbando and "hero":
Oh, Dimitri, you disgusting piece of shit villain that still somehow manages to be sexy.

This guy was abusive trash, a complete madman, and a sick sadist. I don't think I've ever seen such an evil "hero" in a romance / thriller novel. Even though he crossed the point of no return multiple times, I couldn't help but love reading about his insane logic and thought processes. At the same time, he occasionally had his moments where he genuinely seemed to love Sophia in his own twisted way. At the end, he even lost the will to live without her 🥺.

The ending... WTF WAS THE AUTHOR THINKING. I felt so sick to my stomach.

Dimitri's slut sister captures him after killing Sophia, ties him up and rides him, blows his lackey in some weird sort of cuck fetish thing, then snips his eggplant off with gardening sheers.

At least he died fast after that. And this bitch is one of the few survivors who gets her happy ending, even getting custody of their baby daughter. WHAT THE F#$%.
This was basically me for weeks after reading this book:

I'm now of the opinion that the only way to redeem this God foresaken ending is for the author or someone to make a spinoff AU series that involves time travel or some shit. I would pay ridiculous money and stocks if someone would make a spinoff of this, where Sophia gets a second chance as a wiser queen to redo her life. Maybe I've been reading too many reincarnation time travel novels, but I NEED THIS FOR CLOSURE. I will pay all the monies for this. Plz.

Safety (lmao):
* Heroine was virgin in first book.
* Hero NOT a virgin, huge manwhore (which is honestly probably the least of his problems).
* Every possible trigger to exist to mankind is probably found in this, excluding actual pedophilia or stuff with animals.
* Cheating on hero's part (he getting his rocks off on sex slaves, despite loving his wife), dude even has sex with his sister. Heroine cheated in first book after running away from hero, but is forced to "cheat" on hero by hero (he wants her to seduce certain politicians).
* Lots of abuse and non con and rape.
* GODDAMN CASTRATION WARNING GOD WHY
* BAD ENDING

What an AMAZING conclusion to Dimitri & Sofia's story!!!

I was BLOWN away with this story!!! Once I started this book, I could not put it down!!! Bonny Capps keep the momentum going with this story and did not disappoint me one bit!!! The drama, horror, and emotions were in overload with this installment to the series. I was left with wanting to know what happens next for the remaining characters!! I am so glad that we will be getting a peek into their lives with a new book coming soon.

Bonny Capps started this series with a pop and ended it with a BANG, KICK, and a POW!!!! I highly recommend that you not only read this book, but the entire series!!! AMAZING JOB Ms. Capps!!!!

Well damn! Soooo not the ending I was expecting but I freaking loved it!
Sofia adapted and did what she had to do in order to keep herself and daughter safe. I thought Dimitri finally seemed somewhat humane UNTIL I flipped the page. I'm looking forward to seeing how things play out for Konstantin, Alexei, Eva & even that trick ass Alina.

I have been very slack not reviewing the first two books of this series as I read them. However as a lover of dark and depraved reads it doesn’t get much darker than this! The ending happened quickly which I found upsetting as given the constant torture and battle of Sophia I really wanted to see her rise. It did end well and with a great twist. I would love to know how that all came about.

So disappointed as you will see in previous reviews. This book is fast pass. Like going on a rollarcoaster.

But from the start of the series. I felt like I wanted to jump off this ride. I wanted it to stop. But at the sametime my heart beated faster to see what will happen next.

In this book I never minded the fast pass because the author done it in a way that it never felt wrong or missing. You don't understand when you read this series it's like your feeling everything what Sophie feels. So fast pass is needed.

My problem was the ending. My problem was why did Sophia take so long to be the red queen 2yrs to be exact. She wasted 2yrs so she never got her revenge.

The ending fucken crap. From the first book I was led to believe. That Sophia has willpower, strength, determination. A power to become the devil and burn the hell down. Yet skate out like a Swan.

Then in the second book her true strength was shown. When she did become the devil.

I thought in the 3rd book I will see 🌋. Well that never happened. She dies by getting shot. The mad King Dmitri dies by getting his dick cut off. Who does this? Sophia sister-in-law Alina.

Mean while her brother still in hospital bedbound. I don't even understand Alina reasoning behind it. Dmitri did everything he gave them drugs. Made brother and sister fuck. He beat the living shit out of Alex Sophia brother. So why kill her? It's not like Alex gonna be happy?

Like wtf then in the end there is a tag line stay tune for sophia brother, Eva and Alina story.

Yes Eva alive. This is stupid I wanted Sophia to distory the snuff kingdom that Dmitri created. I wanted Dmitri to suffer to be kept in a cage. To be raped, burned something. For Sophia to be free with her brother. I knew she can't have a normal life but I wanted some happiness for her. Maybe she could have joined her brother or something.

But nope they killed her and Dmitri in the most pathetic way there could be.

I'll not be reading the other book that's to come out in October.

The story of Sophia and Dimitri has progressed. Dimitri is still the cruel, ruthless monster that he was in the previous books but Sophia, she surprised me. She embraced the 'Red Queen' title and became her in more ways than one. I was gobsmacked but a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do.

In my opinion I felt that the story jumped forward fairly quickly and in doing so was missing some vital sequences of events that needed answers to, eg what happened to Jack and Konstantin?

A certain torture scene would have to be the most gruesome that I have ever read so if you don't like blood and guts then this book is definitely not for you. As for the ending, very fitting for the story line.

I have loved this series and am looking forward to the next instalment. So farewell Bonny Capps and hello B. Bennett.xxxx

I was lucky to be a beta reader for Bonny Capps. I received this in an ARC in exchange for an honest review. When this showed up on my kindle I was so sad because I knew it meant that I was going to be saying goodbye to my favorite couple. Now the way the writer ended it was such a shocker I never seen that person being the one to bring them down. I don't want to give away too much because if you're a fan like me and love Sofia and Dimitri then you have to read for yourself and find out how their love ends. I will give you a little taste and say that Bonny absolute blow me away like my brains are all over my bedroom wall and speaking to you from another world lol no, but really she take this book to a whole another level she brings out the dark side of Sofia. I mean the real cruel ugly side and it help you see how her and Dimitri were meant to be together. No matter how much Sofia tired to deny that she loved him for who he was crazy insane monster. In the end they both finally came to realize that they both loved each other they finally understood that they were soul mates, and as much as I loved that it broke my heart in some parts because of the heartache Sofia went through even though she was accepting her fate it seem like she was the only one who always got the sh** end of the stick, but the author does show more of Dimitri black heart in this book. I guess you can say that both the Dmitrievs and the Vavilovs win at a very high cost. But what was the big surprise was who were the ones to turn against Dimitri it was two people I never thought would do it. I loved how he never seen it coming either and how he just laughed in their face that was the cherry on top because that was so Dimitri. I just loved this book so much did it hurt to say my farewell yes, but I feel like she did them justice and that's what I love about Bonny books because she knows what her fans loves no matter how much it hurts lol.

Time wasted and Unsatisfied

I had a hard time with this review because at the end of this book I was so incredibly disappointed that I wanted to cry. I feel like the author just decided at the last moment to pull the rug out from under us without an explanation. The first 2 books I was so enthralled that I couldn't put them down, then I get to the second to last chapter with excited anticipation just to be left with the biggest WTF that I have ever experienced. Without spoiling it the ending made zero sense Why does Sofia's ending end in a way that made no sense in regards to how things were going in all 3 books. Where is Konstantine and Jack? What happened to the army of people that were on Sofia's side. This story was rushed and so much left unexplained that there is no reason this book should have been less than a hundred pages. With what happened in the end it ultimately made everything that happened all for nothing because everything we learn didn't matter at all in the end. All in all the story did what a story should it kept me on the edge until the end when I think readers got a major F. U. I don't think I will be reading anymore by this author since this seems to be her writing style. I'm left completely unsatisfied and if the last book doesn't answer my questions then I read 4 books for absolutely no reason.

“In order to save Eva, you must do this.”

This is the excuse Sofia used to give herself for every horrible things she did . Really girlll u enjoyed every moment of it. The thing that bothers me was the story , how the author changed the story from first part . Everything confused me , I don’t like multiple povs . And let’s say our heroine Sofia was a dual minded bitch .

“ I can’t imagine losing Dimitri. Maybe his abuse is my anchor… my normal. How am I to go back to who I was. The thought is frightening. I traded normalcy for the dismal world of Dimitri Vavilov… his sex, his touch, his determination to keep me under his thumb. If he isn’t pinning my wings down, I might flutter off into Neverland, never to land on my feet again.
He’s out of control. He’s hatred. He’s beautiful.”

In previous part she wanted to strangle the life out of him, but when she got the chance to end him , she went back to him 🤯😇 like a true slave. No matter what horrible things he did with her and her baby , she went back . The major things that disappointed me was the story and the ending . WTF was the ending 😂😂😂. If I would have known that the book is going to end like this I would never bothered to read the entire series . I thought Sofia would get her HEA at the end of the book but 😵‍💫. Really wasted my time on this one ☝️. Let’s say all the characters were bad and weak.

Well FAAAAACK ME gently!? Well quite honestly, there isn’t anything gentle about this book. Bonny certainly knows how to feed the dark monster, that I’m quite sure resides in all of us, some just deny it more than others. But I have fully embraced my dark side and I am in complete and utter awe every time I read one of Bonny’s dark and depraved masterpieces.

I have been anxiously awaiting the conclusion to this series for quite a while, and due to circumstance beyond anyone's control, the release date for this was pushed back a few times. BUT…I am a firm believer that everything happens for a reason, and I think that this was released just when it was meant to be released. For whatever the reasons for the delay, the conclusion to the Snuff series ends just the way it was meant to. Shocking, disturbing and totally unimaginable! Like who the f * ck saw that ending coming?! Not in my wildest dreams did I see it going in that direction, but yet, if it had ended any other way..It wouldn’t be Bonny’s style nor would it have been a fitting ending for the Red Queen and the man who made her who she is!

Hail to the Red Queen and thank you so much Bonny for your dark and unique approach to storytelling. I adore it with every fibre of my being!

I received a free copy of this e-book from the author in exchange for my honest review.

Unfortunately, this was my least favorite book in this series so far. The depth of the depravity is still there; Ms. Capps never lets us down in that regard! Dimitri, and practically anyone who comes into contact with him, is still as cruel and sadistic as ever! However, I felt that several parts of the storyline were glossed over and should have been fleshed out more. For example, we are introduced to a new character named Jack in this book yet once we are told what Jack's purpose/intentions are, we don't hear about Jack again - at all!?!? I was also very disappointed with the last 5-10% of the book. The majority of this book contains a lot of inner musing and thought-out, detailed events yet everything happens extremely quickly and at the very end, with little or even no explanation. Don't get me wrong, this book is totally engrossing and mind blowing, it's just not my favorite of the 3. There is good news though: some of the character's stories will continue on and the SNUFF series will not completely die off!!! I cannot wait for whatever Capps has next for us!

Holy crap - what a heartbreaking and twisted ending

I think Bonny broke me with this finale to Sofia’s story. ***Please check TWs, this story has no light and has no happy ending for the heroine***

All the pain, heartache and suffering that Sofia has endured, only to not find true safety and happiness for her children and herself. My heart and soul broke completely for her.

The twisted man that had kidnapped her and made her his wife, took everything and more from her. While he was busy building his dark empire, he was also making plenty of enemies while the wolves hidden were just waiting for their time to strike and make his castle crumble.

Bonny has written a trilogy that pulled me to the depths of depravity and darkness that I don’t normally tread, but she did it in a way that pulled my emotions as much as it made me cringe and seethe with anger. She wrote a heroine that went to the depths of Hell to keep her children safe and ended up being sacrificed in the name of revenge. I couldn’t tear my eyes away from this hauntingly gruesome trilogy and Sofia will forever haunt my thoughts. I can see myself reading more from this talented author in the future.

Wow I am in awe of the beautiful poetic masterpiece.
I have been eagerly awaiting the release of this book for a long time and Bonny definitely didn't disappoint me with Snuffed Part 2 as it was everything I could possibly want and so much more.
This Is a 6 star book you really need to get your hands on asap.
Snuffed part 2 is a fantastic conclusion to Dimitri and Sofia's story but omg what an ending.
I honestly didn't know whether to laugh or cry.
I was totally blown away by that magnificent ending.
This is an extremely well written book that flows really well and takes you on a journey like no other.
You will feel a plethora of emotions whilst reading this book.
It's as if the spirit of Sofia hooks into your heart whilst you read it and you feel her emotions throughout.
It's absolutely fantastic.
When you read this book you can tell that blood, sweat and tears went into the making of this fantastic book and I'm so happy that Bonny shared her story with her fans.
I'm now going to go curl up and process that ending and try rebuild my blown mind.

Bonny Capps never ceases to amazes with her books time and again. She certainly blew it out of the park with the Snuff series! Dimitri is insane and also now my favorite bad guy ever and I absolutely loved him! I just had to keep reading till the very end since the story got me hooked! The twists and turns just kept getting more and more interesting. This story was a true mind-fuck in my eyes.. Nothing could have prepared me for this deliciously shocking read- I am amazed by that ending! I could not stop reading till the very end- nothing could have prepared me for this! I absolutely cannot wait for what the author will bring us next, I'll be waiting not so patiently till then! This story will probably be one of my favorites for a long time to come..

I’m torn and somewhat disappointed. the first book of this series started off so well. the second book picked up where the first left off, and ended by transitioning into where the third book (this one) would pick up. there was so much character development between these three books - and I feel like the third, and final, book of the series would have given a more thorough ending. however, I will say, that the ending gave some characters what they deserved, and gave other characters the destiny that they should have never met. it wasn’t an unfulfilled ending, but I do feel like this being the final book of the series, there could have been more added to the storyline.

I applaud the author for the choices in the ending. It takes guts to just end a story without some glorified HEA. Sometimes death can be meaningless considering how hard you try to fight to survive especially in chaotic world of organized crime. It just ends. Unfortunately I couldn’t give it another star because we didn’t truly get the closure we deserved. It seems like there were supposed to be more books on the way. But that was years ago when that was stated. So I guess it ends here. It was a twist with no where to go so I can’t give it more stars since this feels abandoned which is a shame.

Wow wow wow, bonny you have done it again! This second part to Sofia and Dimitri, was amazing. Sofia became a different woman to stay alive and do what she need to protect her daughter, and the ending was devastating as well as amazing a total turn on what I thought would happen and I never saw it coming. I highly recommend everyone to read this series, you won't regret it but beware of certain dark triggers this book my cause. Bonny you are an amazing writer and can't wait to read more of your books to come

WOOOOOW

WHAT

OK.... That ending went a COMPLETELY different way then I thought it was going to. I can't even put into words how I feel about it.

I'm happy because it was expected. I'm sad because I thought Sofia and Dimitri were going to go on forever being their dark, twisty selves. But NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO that doesn't happen.

This one was also a little darker then the first two.

The only downside I had with this book was how short it was. But it was still good non the less!
