Pretend boyfriend is never getting old when it written good.
This one is super fun for a short story, enjoyable, and sweet.
Jayden and Brian finally got what they're dreaming of for a long time. Being real boyfriend.
I enjoyed this, and I hope I'll get a longer version of Brian and Jayden :)

Pretty standard pretend boyfriend short. Honestly, the two could have been dating earlier if they had just talked a bit more! Felt that the characters didn't exactly get a great description- only found out Jayden was black when he mentioned that himself- and the setup for how they became roommates would have been nice. Without this it was a sweet idea of a pretend boyfriend story, without the full good story execution.

What happens when you are looking at PW links? You find awesome shorts. Brian always turned down going to work functions because he was afraid to admit that he was single. But then he comes up with the idea to create a fake boy friend. Well that fake boyfriend just happens to be the name of his room mate. They make a test run of a fake date so Brian can't get out of the next work functions. Well what happens when the truth finally comes out?

Great quick read. Jayden and Brian are roommates who secretly are in love with each other. For at least one night while Jayden is being Brian’s pretend boyfriend they can get a glimpse of what could be.

Super sweet, this roommates to lovers short story has the right amount of world building and not a lot of angst. Brian is a little ridiculous and they’re both idiots for being so oblivious but it’s still cute in a bubbly kind of way.

This was a really cute short book. I just really wish it was longer and that we got a full story with these two. But I really enjoyed this one for a quick read.

Really, really fun! It was short but felt like the beginning of a novel. The epilogue was sweet. The whole thing worked for me.

Sweet short story. Brian pretends to have a boyfriend when co-workers ask him to hang out. His roommate offers to be his pretend boyfriend, and Brian is in heaven because of his big crush on Jayden. These two were cute together.
