*clears throat* Well this was *clears throat* ummm...exactly as the title entails....Four Play and sometimes five and it was full on sex, sex, SEX.
These ladies were slaying more sausage then my local butcher and I am quite embarrassed to say that I really enjoyed it.
Not sure why these ladies had 3 sexy, successful men drooling over them like they had beer flavoured nipples...but seeing as though this isn’t based on a true story, I just went with the flow.
Definitely not for the faint hearted. Both stories were kinkier that a cheap garden hose.

Two short (178 pgs. & 159 pgs.), very hot (and sometimes dirty-over-the-top-steamy) ménage stories with the theme of What's Your Fantasy"?
In Maya Bank's Pillow Talk, Zoe is an ER nurse in a live-in relationship with fireman boyfriend Chase, and also shares the house with firemen Brody and Tate. All four have been best friends since high school, all the men adore Zoe, but Chase was the one who made the first move on Zoe. Zoe and Chase have a smokin' hot sex life, and indulge in a few kinks (he likes to watch, she's an exhibitionist). Both are very uninhibited and even tell each other their darkest, most secret sexual fantasies. Chase has a fantasy involving Zoe and making every man he knows envious of him. Zoe's fantasies include being captured and ravished by Chase (and others) and being forced to submit to multiple partners.
With best friends Tate and Brody's help, Zoe decides to give Chase a birthday surprise he won't soon forget, and books a local strip club--she's going to be the star attraction (in front of his friends--won't they be envious of Chase?) It's a rousing (and arousing) success. But now Chase has to do Zoe one better--time for him to see that Zoe's fantasies come to life. Hmm, maybe he should recruit Tate and Brody...Another hot success!
But then fulfilling the fantasies gets a little out of control when Zoe and Chase recruit a third man, and feelings get hurt. Time for Zoe and Chase to see where all this living-out-your-fantasies is leading.
Even though this story got a little out of control with all the sexcapades, it was a surprisingly good (not to mention ultra hot) one. I actually liked Tate and Brody better than Zoe's main man Chase--they seemed to really care about Zoe's emotions more and at least they didn't try to pimp her out to fulfill their fantasies (although to be fair, Zoe was on board with everything Chase suggested). Zoe was insatiable, to put it bluntly.
I would've liked a little more background about the characters besides them being high school friends. Did they have any family? What did their parents/siblings/friends think of their living arrangements? Maybe this stuff got edited out to fit the format, but a few more details would've helped.
This was a very, very hot book. Chase and Zoe were pretty free and easy with their sex life, had no problem with multiple partners (for Zoe), but surprisingly weren't into every kink--no spanking, whipping, flogging--and just some light bondage and restraint was employed during Zoe's "take me and use me hard" fantasy.
I was happy to see that there was a serious discussion about where all this was heading, and how these friends were going to live their lives now that they all "had' Zoe. They had some stuff to work out, but I believed that the relationship between Chase, Zoe, Tate and Brody had a good chance for success. Nice job by Maya Banks of creating not only a super hot story, but showing the consequences of going a bit too far and knowing when to stop. 4 1/2 stars

For some reason, Shayla Black's Her Fantasy Men didn't appeal to me as much. I found the characters sometimes annoying, sometimes immature, and not totally likable.
Basically it was about a paralegal named Kelsey, who loved three men--her intense Dom boss, lawyer Jeremy; her neighbor and good buddy, hunky, easy-going fireman Rhys; and her childhood friend, sweet, handsome, furniture maker Tucker. But they have no idea she feels this way about them, because whenever they (individually) try to get something started with her, she rebuffs them. You see, she just can't choose among them--she wants them all or nothing. These competitive guys all have the hots for curvy Kelsey, and they refuse to give up. One of them will win Kelsey, or die trying.
When Kelsey breaks down and ends up sleeping with each guy (individually) they each think that they are the one, and marriage proposals follow. What? Kelsey doesn't want to marry one of her men, she wants them all! But how can she admit this to them? If she tells them this, she may lose all three of them--and this way, at least she has their friendship.
I had a little trouble seeing the attraction to Kelsey. She seemed kind of flighty, relying on booze and running away when the going got too tough. The men got to be annoying too. I though her boss Jeremy sexually harassed her (although she put him off, she did want him badly, loved his Dom side and wanted to be a sub, so I guess she didn't think of it as harassment); her buddy Rhys didn't seem like he was the sharpest tool in the shed--he admitted to the other guys that he peeped through her open window (she doesn't close the curtains) and watched her pleasure herself. Long-time friend Tucker (with his surprising endowment) seemed to be the best bet for her, but I guess he was a little too stable for her. This girl, though very inexperienced, knew what she wanted and she refused to settle for less. Once the guys found out what she had in mind, they struggled mightily with their jealousies and possessiveness. They all had trouble accepting Kelsey's decision that just one of them wouldn't be enough for her. The fact that this ménage relationship did not run smoothly did make it seem more believable, even if all the angst about it got annoying at times. And yes, the sex scenes did get rather hot, even if a couple of times I had to stifle a chuckle over some of the things said ...
Jeremy lifted his chin, anger stamped on his face. "And I'll bet Rhys wasn't satisfied with another blowjob. Did he f*** that pretty ass? My ass?"
"God, you just don't learn. It's my ass, and I happily gave it to him.",
So, not quite as good as the Maya Banks story, but not a total washout either. I didn't quite connect with all of the characters, but I think I could appreciate what SB was trying to communicate. 3 1/2 stars

Wow!
This was one of the most erotic book I have ever read! That's not a lot but this is steaming HOT.
First, I just want to say that I didn't agree with the plot of the the couple's fantasy to become a reality but this was thier story and I had to accept that for them.
Chase and Zoe had a healthy appetite for sex and thier "pillow talk". They talked plenty of thier fantasy as part of four play and well, they will definitly be crossing the line. Both thier fantasies included other men in thier love making (If you call it that). LOL
Chase had invited thier roomates and co-firemen Brodie and Tate to fulfill Zoe's fantasy. These fantasies included kidnapping, stripping in a club, mind boggling BJs and ass play (alien abduction), mènage a quatrè or cinq, (gang bang is more like it), etc. I mean, acts that are totally out if this world(my world anyway).
After crossing the line(you will see how they did that), reality hits for all of them and they had to make a decision that works for them. Which I find impossible to do. But hey, Live and Let Live. The end.
I recommend this book if you're looking for a Short Erotic Read. But be forewarned. It's a tiring read.
This book is exhausting due to the non stop "love making" they did.
It left me hot and bothered each time I put the book down. Geeez.

Total smut. First story wasn't bad, skipped the second. The rating is for the first story and it probably isn't fair that I am even rating it because if you like this storyline it might have been very good. I liked the idea of playing out the fantasies, they were very hot, but I didn't buy into the ending. I say I am old fashion, but then I am reading a story like this. I just can't believe in a HEA of one girl and three guys living together in one non- jealous relationship. This has been in my TBR forever and probably would have stayed there if I didn't need to send it to somebody.

I am a HUGE fan for Black’s Wicked Lovers series so I was definitely interested in reading more from her. At first, I was a little skeptical about reading about a foursome. I just didn’t think it was possible. Okay, well physically, I know how it works out but emotionally, I thought it would be a challenge. How can someone be in love with three different guys equally?
I’ve read other eroticas and have been disappointed with the heroes for different reasons. Some are just plain dicks, others are scary Doms, and the other half are usually brainless douches. But somehow Black makes Rhys, Tucker and Jeremy all likeable!
Rhys is the hot firefighter neighbour whom Kelsey has lusted for ever since she moved in. Tucker is her childhood best friend who is her rock and her shoulder to cry on. Jeremy is her strict boss who happens to be a sexy Dom as well. All three guys are delicious in their own way, but together they are scorching HOT! I don’t blame Kelsey for dreaming up her greatest fantasy with these three guys as leads!

This is kinda an anthology (2 sexy menage stories). I haven't finished the 2nd story yet, but I may. It's ok-ish, but I just wasn't feeling it.

Pillow Talk - Maya Banks (4 stars)
For those who know me and the books I read, know that I love Ms. Banks's work. They are so... hot and kinda impossible in reality, but realistic-like. Basically the characters seem believable despite their insane menage situations which they seem to accept as kinky but ok.
Zoe and Chase are the "main" couple, who begin a game of bringing their most lewd fantasies to life. In this case, exhibition, voyeurism, public sex, "kidnap/capture" fantasy sex, picking up strangers for menages, and gangbang sex. Clearly this couple is very...open with their recreational games. Anyway, they employ (well, they don't pay them) their 2 best guy friends into their sex life and all of it seems fun and games until Chase takes it a little too far. He adds a stranger into the group, which may have been fine for both Zoe and Chase, but not so with the other two lovers.
The simple fact is that this story was RED HOT. But it was a short story and is was missing some background on the friends' relationship. There was really no concrete details behind Brody and Tate's friend/love relationship toward Zoe. These two men became cut-outs with very little personality, other than being emotionally open (and large bodied) and being stoic/secretive (and long), respectively. Chase was an interesting character. He started off ok, became a bit of a douche and creeper, until somehow he understood that he was a dumbass, and somehow he helped resolve everything. I ended up liking him. Zoe wasn't too bad either, though her readiness to jump into such...risky sex was kinda weird, to me. But then again, she worked as a ER nurse (mid-day soaps, anyone?).
I really liked this story and I recommend this book just for this story.

“Pillow Talk” by Maya Banks. Two lovers decide to play out each other’s wildest sexual fantasies, with unexpected results... or are they?
This seemed at first like another trip to the boringly perfect world of fantasy menage, where no one is ever jealous or upset or conflicted. Then it took an interesting turn. I didn’t get into the part of the story that was basically just Zoe having lots of sex with a stranger, though it turned out to be important to the plot. Just not interested in reading sex scenes between strangers, I guess. I was a bit confused by the back story of the characters, but thought this had a pretty plausible HEA. 3 stars.

(Oh right, and of course they’re all also gorgeous.) What they don’t know is that Kelsey has feelings for all three of them, and doesn’t dare get involved with one for fear of losing the other two. When the truth comes out after sexy times with all three of them, Kelsey refuses to choose and things get complicated.
I kept reading this because the premise was intriguing and I was curious about how it came out, but a lot of it didn’t work for me. It just felt... phony, is the best word I can think of, constantly striking false notes. Which is odd, because it definitely doesn’t have that too-prefect thing going on. For most of the book, each man wants Kelsey to himself and they agree to share only as a means of increasing their chances of getting her. Which put me in the position of taking sides, which I didn’t enjoy, so maybe there’s a certain logic to the too-perfect scenario. But mostly I didn’t believe in the characters or the their history. Also lots of word repetitions and men saying weird shit like, "Hey, I'm plenty alpha." I did think it improved towards the end, but the HEA still struck me as implausible. 2 stars.

Pillow Talk by Maya BanksHow does a boyfriend and a girlfriend attempt to fulfill each other’s wildest sexual fantasies while involving their roommates and fellow best friends? Yeah, I can’t see it happening, either. I liked Zoe and Chase. For that matter, I liked Brody and Tate. Heck, I liked Dillon and felt a little sorry for him. Out of all the characters, he was the only one I had an emotional connection to. Ok, so… not my favorite. It wasn’t bad exactly… it just wasn’t, well, good.

Whom does she choose? She’d rather keep them all as friends than only pick one and watch the other two walk out of her life. A very brave stand, but not one that’s emotionally or sensually satisfying. Too bad she can’t have all three. Or can she?
I liked this story. I liked watching the male characters figure themselves, and each other, out. Was Kelsey a little whiney? Well, yeah, but she’s a girl and girls, silly creatures that we are, get all emotional over things. Out of the two stories, this was my favorite.

This book was a fabulous Sex-apaloosa!!! To say I love a good menage read is putting it lightly!! I absolutely loved the first story Pillow Talk I simply liked the second story Her Fantasy Men, let me tell you why...When I read a menage I want fantasy, I want all the men to simply want to please the woman, I don't want jealousy and sniping, i just want hot sex with a HEA. Now, don't get me wrong they both pretty much have the HEA, they wrapped up nicely but in Her Fantasy Men it didn't start out menage, Kelsey simply slept with all three of them individually to start with, one on Monday, one on Wednesday and one on Friday. LOL - I know she loved them all and didn't want to chose, but I just didn't really like the way this one unfolded. The big saving grace was the Holy Crap, Off The Charts Hot Sex!! I would recommend this book for that alone!!

Although these stories are really far fetched, I somehow really liked them both. Warning that there are multiple partners. I don't mind this when I can feel that all parties are ok with it and there's love between them all. So this is only for poeple who like multiples, if not, don't even crack this book!

I really liked this one, particularly the Banks story, but then I always enjoy her. She really has a way of getting you to suspend disbelief.
And though I typically have some problems with D/s, Black's story worked for me.

1) I read this because I needed a break from the slog which is Fifty Shades of Terrible and wanted a reminder that I do like the erotic romance genre.
2) "Pillow Talk" by Maya Banks is available separately as an ebook. As I enjoyed it significantly more than Shayla Black's "Her Fantasy Men," I recommend going that route. ("Pillow Talk" is the four star story. "Her Fantasy Men" on its own would have warranted a low three.) "Pillow Talk" shows the organic growth of multiple romantic/sexual relationships out of an existing, somewhat-kinky couple and their friends, complete with stubbed metaphoric toes and grown-up conversations leading to the resolution. "Her Fantasy Men" has a sexually-reserved woman falling into bed with her sexy neighbour, her boss, and her childhood best friend over the course of a week, and a happy poly ending that seems a bit pasted on.
3) I find polyamory stories without any bisexual attraction/contact a bit weird? Though fascinating, in a way. Both stories are about women forming simultaneous relationships with three guys (hence the name of the collection), with all three guys in the room and involved during at least one sex scene in each story... but no attraction or even contact between any two guys. (Though in "Pillow Talk," the guys are at least depicted as close, albeit platonic, friends. In "Her Fantasy Men," they view each other as rivals pretty much all the way through.) I liked both stories quite a bit.
Pillowtalk - the relationship between all four friends was special. The guys were great and I liked Zoe a lot as well. I liked how she and Chase were open and receptive to each other's fantasies. Tate and Brody were awesome!! I didn't like the addition of Dillon - he tainted a good thing and Chase almost wrecked the entire situation for everyone. I'm glad he figured it out and everything worked out.
Her Fantasy Men - was a totally different situation. Tucker was the only one she'd had an almost lifetime connection with (unlike the above story). One guy was her boss and the other was her neighbor (a smokin' hot peeping neighbor to boot). Kelsey was a likeable character and so were the guys. It was interesting to see how they would all mesh together without that long-standing past to solidify their relationship. The guys only know each other because of her and they all had to work past their possessedness of her to really make her happy - because she couldn't choose between them. For her, it was all or nothing. I was glad when it worked out (as it almost always does {unless you're reading a Megan Hart book} in these books) at the end.

Pillow Talk, the Maya Banks story, was fantastic. It was entertaining. It was plausible. It set up a fantasy situation that, even if you didn't think YOU would ever participate in this kind of situation, it was still something you could imagine. Or, at least, it was something I could imagine. Maybe that's all I should say about THAT. :-)

Pillow Talk by Maya Banks
I usually love Maya Banks for the characters she writes. Well, seeing how this is a novella about how a boyfriend and a girlfriend attempt to fulfill each other’s wildest sexual fantasies while involving their roommates and fellow best friends, the character development sort of takes a back seat. Don’t get me wrong, the characters are fine. I just didn’t find them to be overly gripping. But I think it’s more because of the subject matter. I mean, c’mon. My wildest sexual fantasy is to have uninterrupted sex with my hubs in a luxurious hotel while the kids are having a sleepover at my parent’s house. Actually, it doesn’t even have to be a luxury hotel. In fact, it doesn’t have to be a hotel at all, but the uninterrupted part is key! The blurb on the back of the book sums up the story perfectly.
“Zoe Michaels may be in a committed relationship with her boyfriend Chase, but there’s no lack of heat between her and her other two roommates Brody and Tate. After all, the three guys are all firefighters. Then one night, Chase reveals his number-one fantasy: for Zoe to perform an everything-goes strip tease for his two best buddies. A turn-on for them means a turn-on for him. And for Zoe? It proves to be even more, and it opens the door for a secret desire all her own to come true.”
But that’s what this story ends up being. Sex after sex after sex. But sometimes that’s all you want from a book. A quick, ‘makes you blush’ read. If you enjoy stories that involve voyeurism, strip teases, public sex, foursomes, fivesomes, *fans herself*and sex with strangers, then you will find Pillow Talk to be one of the hottest books you’ve ever read.

This story had a little more of a ‘story’ to it. A little more emotion. The back of the book says: “Kelsey Rena is an enigma. She’s a girly-girl who’s wild for football, craves action movies, and loves knocking back a cold beer with her three best friends–all male. She’s a puzzle, too, when it comes to sex. Here are three hot guys always ready and within reach and she’s never seemed interested. So who is the lucky mystery man satisfying the girl of their secret dreams? The three pals plan to find out. And when they do, they’ll see a side of Kelsey they’ve only dared to fantasize about.”
After reading the blurb, it’s easy to think this will be a fun fluff read like Maya’s story, but there is more to it. I didn’t mind the characters. I thought it was kind of cool that you had your different ‘personalities’ in there. But I just couldn’t wrap my head around Kelsey’s mind set. She is surrounded by three men who really want to claim her. Now, these guys are yummy. Her domineering lawyer boss, her firefighter passionate neighbour and her long time bestest friend. How lucky is she to be surrounded by that much hotness every single day?! I think it’s very brave of her to keep her defences up to try not to show favouritism, but once her walls crumble… That’s when the story, while still interesting, lost its appeal for me. Hot story. Hot sex. Just a baffling premise. Honestly, it’s not that different from Maya’s story, but I just found that by adding the emotional turmoil, while in a non-erotic book would be a good thing, it just made the story a little too farfetched for my taste. I think that to make an erotic title exciting to read, you have to be able to place yourself in the heroine’s place, and I just couldn’t do that here.

Adventurous readers who enjoy plenty of spice in their stories will find a haven in this anthology. These 2 stories involve a woman with multiple male partners.
In the first story by Maya Banks, Chase and Zoe play out their fantasies. They love each together but Chase gets off on seeing her make love with other men and he invites them to join them and even ‘role’ play. But it gets out of hand when 2 of the other men find a deeper connection to Zoe and want to keep the group exclusive when another man joins them. This story was a bit unbelievable but that is why it is fiction! There is definitely enough sex to satisfy the erotic reader.
In the 2nd story by Shayla Black, the heroine Kelsey has a problem. She loves her 3 friends but if she has a relationship with any of then all their relationships will change. Her boss Jeremy is very dominant and brings out her submissive side. Her childhood friend Tucker makes her feel cherished and loved. And the sexy fireman Rhys makes her pushes her buttons! All of her male friends have noticed a new glow to Kelsey and wonder if one of them is her lover. So they spy on her. And when they realize she may love one of them each is determined to seduce her and does so successfully! But Zoe feels guilt because she loves them all equally and cannot choose. She decides she would leave rather than force herself to pick one of them. But her fantasy men decide they can't let her abandon them so they are willing to ‘share’ but each secretly hope to compete for her affections. Will Zoe finally be able choose and who will it be?
Both these stories will definitely light your fire! They are very erotic, quick and easy to read. Of the 2 books I enjoyed Her Fantasy Men by Shayla Black more because the story was more interesting. The 1st story while very hot felt more like scene after scene of sex and I didn’t feel the connection between the characters as much.
If you like sexy books with a LOT of steam then this is the book for you. Although sometimes I did feel too much of a good thing can be a bit of an overload and after a while this reader found them a little too racy for her tastes. But I think erotic fans will enjoy these 2 stories especially if they like books and/or are familiar with the authors’ other stories.

At the beginning of this story I was really into it. It features main characters Zoe and Chase (who happens to be a yummy firefighter). After a round of spontanious panty combusting sex they are having themselves a little pillow talk and they start talking about their fantasies. Both fantasies are pretty incredible to be honest.
Well the vast majority of the story, ok all but a couple pages, are about fulfilling those fantasies. In the beginning the sex scenes were Awesome Sauce, but as the story went along I think that it was mostly focused on the sex and not so much on the actual characters or the relationship. Which come to find out it was written like that on purpose as part of the story. As a result I was kind of turned off by this story by the end of it. Actually, I could hardly wait for it to end.
I'm not giving up on Ms. Banks though. I can't base all of an author's works on one story. I do like the way that Ms. Banks writes her works and minus an obscene (in my opinion anyway) amount of sex in this particular story she sure does know how to write one hell of a love scene.

Naturally, the sex scenes were scorching hot. What I really liked about this story is that each guy brought his own brand of lovin' to the story....complete with some BDSM for those of us who like that sort of stuff (I'm slowly but surely getting into it!)

Naturally, the sex scenes were scorching hot. What I really liked about this story is that each guy brought his own brand of lovin' to the story....complete with some BDSM for those of us who like that sort of stuff (I'm slowly but surely getting into it!)
At the beginning of this story I was really into it. It features main characters Zoe and Chase (who happens to be a yummy firefighter). After a round of spontanious panty combusting sex they are having themselves a little pillow talk and they start talking about their fantasies. Both fantasies are pretty incredible to be honest.
Well the vast majority of the story, ok all but a couple pages, are about fulfilling those fantasies. In the beginning the sex scenes were Awesome Sauce, but as the story went along I think that it was mostly focused on the sex and not so much on the actual characters or the relationship. Which come to find out it was written like that on purpose as part of the story. As a result I was kind of turned off by this story by the end of it. Actually, I could hardly wait for it to end.
I'm not giving up on Ms. Banks though. I can't base all of an author's works on one story. I do like the way that Ms. Banks writes her works and minus an obscene (in my opinion anyway) amount of sex in this particular story she sure does know how to write one hell of a love scene.
Her Fantasy Men - 4/5
I really got into this particular story and was sad to see it end. Of the 4 characters in this story Tucker is the only one that has actually known Kelsey almost her entire life. The other two male characters are Kelsey's boss and her peeping tom-smoking hot-fire fighter neighbor. I thought that Kelsey herself was a very likeable character who is one of those girls that be one of the girls as well as one of the guys.
It was actually very interesting to read how realtionship became pretty dang solid through the course of this story. The truth of the matter is that the 3 guys only know each other because of Kelsey and they all kind of struggle with their possessiveness of her to make her happy. Because she really can't bring herself to choose between them. She reads very much like an "all or nothing" type of girl.

Characters: I liked them all. They were a tad unrealistic but not so much that you couldn’t look past it.
Pacing/ length: good. I like short novellas.
Interesting Plot?: yes sorta. I didn’t really buy it and I found a couple things to be eye roll worthy but it was still good.
Reading Medium: ebook.
Spice (?/5): 4 - plenty of spice. Not all was for me, and the FMC didn’t have much of a personality, but it was well written.
Detailed Review—
This is one of those books you pick up between more serious reads as a means to cleanse your palette. And it worked for the most part.
FMC lacked a personality, but this was largely due to the fact that it was a short little novella.
MMC was unrealistic. The whole plot kinda was unrealistic, but it wasn’t too terrible if you can suspend your disbeliefs a little. If you can, it’s an enjoyable and decent story.
The story and ending were plausible within the confines of the story and genre. I left the story with a hopeful outlook, thinking they would find a happy ever after together as a foursome, which was nice and couldn’t have been easy to pull off.
It was well written as long as you suspended your disbelief a little. I mean, the premise that a man would be cool with his girlfriend stripping in front of all his friends is a little far fetched, but not enough to fret about. I originally gave it a 3.8, but after some time passed, I realized that was a bit high. It was still a good novella, but it wasn’t anything overwhelmingly great or impression inducing. I think a more fair assessment would be a solid 3.
Ultimately I felt the journey of all four characters made sense within the confines of the story and genre.

Characters: kinda hated them all right off the bat. Each one of the guys/“love interests” are pretty much all gross. Tucker is the best, but even he’s a little shifty. Rhys is a bit vulgar for my taste but gets better as the story progresses, aside from his breaking and entering and peeping tom tendencies. Jeremy is the worst. He’s her boss and he’s an ass working under the guise of being a Dom. I hated that. Hated him the most.
Pacing/ length: fast but that wasn’t too much of a problem considering the genre and that it was a novella.
Interesting Plot?: not really. I actually wound up annoyed with all of the characters and the direction of the story.

The guys in this one sucked. Between their personalities and their actions, I was immediately repulsed by them. Here are the men ranked from best to worst and why:
(1) Tuckers creepiness involves helping the other guys break into her house and also sleeping around with other women as a substitute for not having her. I loathe that trope.
I woke up at twenty-one and realized that I’d had a lot of sex but never loved anyone the way I loved you.
…
Sex with them meant nothing. With you, it’s going to mean everything.
(2) Rhys creepiness involves admitting to being a peeper as Kelsey’s neighbor, watching her be intimate with herself without her knowledge, having a neighbor monitor her when he can’t, and then breaking and entering into her house to spy on her.

It went against his grain to let the others in on her private moments, many of which he’d watched from his bedroom window…
(3) Jeremy’s creepiness involves being her freaking boss and taking advantage of that power. I’ve read other workplace romances before and they’ve never bothered me but this one creeped me out. There was something unnerving about their dynamic. The following examples put it on display pretty well I think:

And finally, all three of them deciding they need to determine which one of them Kelsey has a crush on and so in a joint effort they decide to break into her house and sift through her stuff in hopes of finding out who she fantasizes about is so gross. They collectively decide to invade her privacy. Tucker gives the other guys a key to her house. Rhys actually breaks in (and then watches her be intimate with herself), and Jeremy is the one to plan it all. That’s how the book starts! I just couldn’t root for any of them after that.
See if she keeps a journal or momentos or has written anything personal on her laptop. Check her correspondence, her voicemails. Scroll through her recent calls and see if she’s reached out to anyone.
The FMC sucked and was whiny. She couldn’t make up her mind. She was weak and cried a lot. She manipulated all of the guys. She essentially cheated on all of them with the others. Got mad when they got mad at her for dismissing them and not choosing. Ran away when she got overwhelmed. She was intolerable.
A lot of gross stuff happened, ranging from treating the FMC like a child to manipulation to breaking and entering to borderline stalking behaviors to having sex with each other without discussing birth control. I just couldn’t get behind it all.
The word “burn” was used so much! So annoying.
Flimsy plot overall but worst of all was the flimsy climax and resolution. First things first, after she hooks up with each of them, they immediately confess their undying love for her and then propose. She doesn’t say yes or no so they all assume that means ✨yes✨. That’s flimsy from the start, but to make it worse is the ending; it ends with the FMC announcing she’s pregnant, will do genetic testing to determine who’s child it is, and then give birth two more times, so she has one child with each of her men. 😂 yea, I don’t see any problems arising from that arrangement. That “happy” ending isn’t one I see lasting long term. I think it is a very temporary situation.
I literally stopped and laughed out loud a few times because of how absurd it all was. And this novella brought the total anthology rating down from a 3 to a 2.
Ultimately, “Pillow Talk” was so much better than “Her Fantasy Men”. “Pillow Talk” had more likable characters, a more natural progression and plot, and was just more well developed than “Her Fantasy Men”. I wish that it hadn’t been an anthology, but at least there was one decent story in the mix.

In Shayla Black's "Her Fantasy Men", a girly-girl named Kelsey plays football, craves action movies, and loves knocking back a cold beer with her three best guy friends. Yet she's never seemed sexually interested in any one of these hot guys, but they’re all interested in her. Night after night each of the guys seduces her but she can’t decide which of them to choose so she temporarily runs away. When she returns she tells them she wants each of them together at the same time. They tentatively agree and become a couple, promising not to get jealous and drive her away again. She then reveals she is pregnant but doesn’t know who the father is. They are happy and all agree that once the baby is born a paternity test will be performed and then she will continue to have children with the remaining two men so that she eventually has one kid with each man so they can all live “happily ever after”.

"Pillow Talk" was a well-written and fairly believable story, despite the fact that I don't think most men would be ok having their girl strip for his friends at a club. I cared about each of the characters and thought their journey to a committed foursome made sense within the context of the story and the genre. I've never considered or wanted to be part of a multiple partner relationship, but I could relate to how each of the characters were feeling within the confines of the story. None of the characters were annoying and they were well-developed for a short story. It was hot and I would have given it 3 stars had it not been part of an anthology.

The men were obnoxious, each in their own ways, though Jeremy got under my skin (in a bad way) more than Tucker or Rhys. I'm not into BDSM personally so Jeremy's possessive and sometimes dismissive attitude worked against him. Having just finished "Pillow Talk" and read about the fairly natural way Zoe and her men formed their relationship, Kelsey's foursome seemed forced and unnatural by contrast. I can't say what I would have rated "Her Fantasy Men" if it hadn't been in an anthology, but following "Pillow Talk," I could only give it 1 star.

I really liked this book and the two stories about the women in love with more than one man. I did think that the Maya Banks story was the stronger one.
With her story, Banks starts out with a couple that talk about their fantasies. During the course of the conversation others are brought in. Chase and Zoe live in a house with their best friends Brody and Tate. So when other people are going to be introduced into the relationship it only makes sense to bring in their friends. Things seem to go great with the new change until a line is crossed, one that none of them even knew was there. It is in the uncomfortable aftermath that you can really see how this relationship is going to change, the only question is will it fracture or can they get over it. I will say that I loved the ending.
With Black's story, I can buy into Kelsey was in love with all the guys, but I had a hard time buying into just how different they all were. Of course there are bound to be big issues when you throw those kind of men together. I also knew right away the big announcement that Kelsey was going to have. I have my doubts with the ending of this one, I can see things not staying the way they ended for long.

Zoe Michaels lives with her boyfriend, Chase Hilliard, and their two best friends, Brody McNamara and Tate Winslow. Zoe and Chase have an extraordinary sex life and often shared their most sensual sexual fantasies at night. After Zoe creates one of Chase's fantasies for his birthday, he decides to reciprocate with a fantasy involving additional men. He involves Brody and Chase in the adventure.
The title of the anthology is appropriate for this story as it involves the relationship between the Zoe, Chase and their two roommates. It goes well beyond a menage scenario as they continue to explore other fantasies. Chase and Zoe are completely uninhibited but the relationships begin to strain after a while.
It's well written and the complexity of the characters make it interesting beyond the sexual exploits. This is as sexually explicit a story as I've ever read so take that as a warning if that makes you uncomfortable. The emotional strains placed on each of them will surprise you and draw you into the story. It is well done.

The idea of a romance between three men and one woman seems pretty crazy to me. Maybe that's why I selected this book. The premise invites the reader to "just go with it." There's no expectation of anything but an over-the-top erotic escapade.
Banks' story was rougher and raunchier, IMO, despite the less overt BDSM play. Zoe and her boyfriend live out their wildest fantasies with two hot male friends. At one point they kidnap, blindfold, and have group sex with her. Luckily, she loves it! I'm not sure why jealousy wasn't an issue, but the characters communicated well and somehow I was sold on the foursome.
That said, Black's story felt more romantic to me, maybe because all three men are in love with the heroine before they jump in bed to fill her slots. The emotions went a little deeper, including jealousy and angst. Again, I enjoyed.
