I read Quilting: The Complete Guide last night on my Kindle Fire. While it was better reading in the Kindle cloud on a computer browser, it was readable on my device. It was a good overview for a beginner. Lots of charts for the experienced quilter to refer back to. Yet in that case I think a physical copy would be more chart friendly than an eBook. It was definitely geared more toward a novice. I do not know that I read anything new-to-me. But I've spent years reading and studying on quilting the last few years, and I've read a lot. I think this would be a great place to start.
Read a Kindle copy borrowed from the Overdrive library.
This was a library borrow but I may have to hunt it down for my shelf. Lots of basic information, presented clearly. I found some great hints and some cool ideas. A nice surprise!
