Holly Barker

We are introduced to Holly in the novel Orchid Beach where she is, initially, Deputy Chief of Police - at 38. Soon to be Chief. In Ed Eagle #4, she has risen to Assistant Deputy Director of Operations at the CIA. Orchid Beach is near Vero Beach in Florida. There she has a Doberman Pinscher named Daisy and a fiancé, Jackson Oxenhandler. By Stone Barrington #42, she is Secretary of State for the US. Her father is Hamilton Barker, a retired master-sergeant with the US Army. At one point she becomes CIA Station Chief in New York City.
