I grew up knowing family is paramount. I was blessed to spend time with extended family daily, not just on holidays or weekends. Because of those close-knit familial bonds, every day was full of love and laughter, food and fun.

Life took me away from that extended family for twenty years before I finally made it back. And while I'd done my best to keep the traditions alive across the miles, I realize there truly is no place like home.

Through my fiction, I share those traditions and the importance of relationships with you. Mystery or suspense, romance or mainstream, sci-fi or thriller—in my stories, family (however you define it) is paramount.

A One-Stop Tour Under a Bad Moon on the Rise

Ciao, amici! It’s that time of year again, where the screech of owls echo through forests of dark shadows, and bare tree branches reach for you like skeletal fingers as you try to flee. Crumbling tombstones covered in moss loom tall and foreboding, their dull luster in the moonlight casting them in a spectral glow … Continue reading A One-Stop Tour Under a Bad Moon on the Rise Read more of this blog post »

Having read this author’s Bargainer Series, I knew she had a knack for heartwarming dramas set in the not-too-distant past. When I saw she’d released a story that seemed to be the same genre, I was eager to read it. Like her earlier work, this was a f ...more

Staci Troilo rated a book really liked it Final Chance (Montana Secrets, #2) by Roxanne Rustand (Goodreads Author)	Error rating book. Refresh and try again. Rate this book Clear rating 1 of 5 stars 2 of 5 stars 3 of 5 stars 4 of 5 stars 5 of 5 stars
This is the second in series and delivered along the same lines as the first. The pace was blistering, the protagonists were people I'd love to know, the red herring was obvious, and the villain could have used more page time. I’d love to explore mor ...more

This is the first work I’ve read by Roxanne Rustand, and it won’t be my last. I found the story to have a quick pace, at times almost too quick, like I’d missed a transition or bit of dialogue. That said, I’ll take a race over a slog any day. The pro ...more
