T.L. Johnson writes atmospheric fiction for readers who like their love complicated, their tension intimate, and their healing a little feral. Her work spans modern Gothic romance, psychological fiction, romantic suspense, literary fiction, and stories about survival, longing, obsession, and the dangerous tenderness of being known.

She lives in West Virginia with her husband, her complete opposite in nearly every way: an outdoorsy Southern gentleman with sunshine in his bones. Together, they’re raising their daughter, the bright planet orbiting between his light and her shadows.

Nothing Important, Everything Important by T.L. Johnson
"This was a short read but had so much heart. It was beautiful and so very human. The ache of loneliness and hesitation to trust felt palpable. It's not my usual genre, but I loved it."
