Geoff Major began writing almost 20 years after he had the initial idea for DEADLINE. He lives in Yorkshire with his wife, their dog, and close to his children.

It's been a while!

Just 24 hours after announcing on LinkedIn and to my clients that I had decided I was partially retired (aka I might be tempted back after September), I woke up and told my wife and my girls, "Nope; I'm done".

June 12th 2026, I officially retired from work (full-time, part-time, seasonal, the lot) and looked forward to dedicating 2 days a week, every week, to writing.
