I love ramen, but the pre-made kind you find at the grocery store or even the kind that you can get a restaurant has so much salt. As I’ve aged, salt intake is something that I have really watched. So the only way I can enjoy ramen without the salty guilt is to make it myself, and I have just perfected my recipe. In fact, my husband says it’s the best thing I have ever made, which is high praise.
