Filthy Beautiful Lust has been my most anticipated book of this series since the beginning. Kylie is a single mom and works for Colton. I liked her a lot in the first two books. But the main reason I wanted this book so badly is because of a certain man-whore named Pace Drake. Ever since I met Pace I knew I wanted more. I love books about the funny and cocky man-whore who changes their ways for that one special woman. There is really nothing better than that. Except maybe having that man-whore fall for a woman with a kid and watching him interact with that baby. That is even better!
Pace is the guy who hooks up. He has no interest in anything other than sex when it comes to women. Kylie has been burned bad by an ex. Her ex was supposed to be a good guy, but now she's left alone with her child. When Pace meets Kylie, he knows there is something different about her. As much as she doesn't want to admit it, she knows it too.
Pace really likes Kylie. She is so different than any other woman he’s been with. When he’s around her, he doesn’t want to be with anyone else. He just wants her. Kylie has major trust issues. MAJOR.
You can tell that I obviously enjoyed this story, and I loved me some Pace- so why not 5 stars? Honestly there is only one reason and that is Kylie. I understood where she was coming from some of the time, but there was only so much I could take… She was a very frustrating heroine for me. I loved her so much in the other books, but here she just drove me bonkers. Thankfully, by the end she wised up.
Kendall Ryan’s Filthy Beautiful series. What can I say about these books? I love her writing, the easy sexy feel they have. She always writes the steamiest stuff but still keeps me intrigued with the story. Pace Drake is tied for my favorite hero of hers (I love me some Bray) and even though I had a few issues with Kylie, it’s still a book and series I would recommend! I’m very much looking forward to Collin’s story!

What won me over wasn’t Pace’s actions when it came to Kylie, although it’s pretty clear he’s crazy about her. What really won me over was Pace and Max. Oh sweet baby Jesus is there anything hotter than a sexy man and a baby? Pace was willing to step up with Max. Not because he had to, not because it was his responsibility, but because he wanted to. Pace and Max were perfect. They really made this book for me.

Kylie is the single mother of a one year old. She doesn’t have time for love, neither is she willing to trust another man.
Pace is a playboy that see all his beliefs change in the moment he sees Kylie. He can be the man for her and for Max, and he’s willing to prove it.
An event forces them to share the same house, giving Pace a great opportunity to finally win Kylie.
But for Kylie the problem isn’t falling for Pace, because she believes that already happen. The problem is… is she willing to give her trust again?
*Small spoilers ahead!*
Before tell you my opinion about this book, let me tell you all the things that made rate it 2 stars. There are exactly three reasons:
1. If you’re trying to win a woman and show her that you’re serious about her and her child, try not to spend the first 30% of the book getting blowjobs from OTHER WOMEN. Seriously dude; that was an asshole move. And only makes the readers not trusting the hero.
2. Despite being a single mother and being in a "confuse" situation because the heroine isn’t sure if she can trust the hero (and with valid reasons), creating unnecessary drama when the other "choice" that was given to her was JUST F*CKING STUPID, was not a smart move. Is the heroine a doormat teenager seeking attention to upper her self-esteem, or am I missing something here? I mean .
3. CONDOMS ARE YOUR FRIENDS! Especially when one of them used to be a manwhore and the other got pregnant WHILE TAKING THE PILL! Seriously Kylie, you should at least demanded a test. You lost all my respect in that exact moment.
This book was very well written and towards the end it become really sweet, with some pretty good moments. I loved how it ended. Hence, the two stars. I’m out. (Sorry for the rant!)

I started to hate Kyle when she was too stubborn to decide between a good choice and a ridiculous one. Max, the baby, was the best part of this book. Seriously, the kid was cuteness overload!

Sorry but when you write a book about a single mother maybe you shouldn't have the hero get his dick sucked by another woman right after his first date with her. You're trying to sell the idea that the hero is the one that will be there for her and fight for her and her son and yet he hooks up with someone after the first time she pushes him away?
Disgusting. Pathetic. Gross. No thank you.

4 Thank God for Pace Stars
So I started this series because I saw a teaser for this book on Facebook. ”He's only looking for a casual hookup. She's a single mom with a baby looking for forever." I have very odd reading taste, I know this, but single mom’s are a favorite of mine. Being a tiny bit OCD I thought I have to read the others in the series first, and I must say that was good call I really enjoyed them.
In the first two books I fell in love with the Drake men, especially Pace. He comes off as fun and lighthearted, but you also get to see this other side of him. You can tell he is compassionate and caring, too. In Beautiful Lust you really get to see that he may be a man-whore, but he also desires to find something real.
We met Kylie in the other books, and to be honest I wasn’t sure what to expect from her. All I really knew was that she was a single mother and a loyal employee. After reading this I also know that Kylie can be a pain in the ass. I am sorry, but I am not a fan of Kylie. She was indecisive with her feelings and that is a no go for me. There were multiple times I was messaging my bestie to complain. Now, this is not a common occurrence. I am the worst BR partner because I tend to dig in and not come up for air until I am finished, so for me to quit reading to complain…not a good sign.
Kylie is a single mom and she has to think about more than herself when making decisions. I get that, I respect that. I also try to factor in that she has already had her heartbroken when Max’s dad left after learning she was pregnant. So she is fragile.
"He might have thrown you away, but I am not going to do that.
Now Pace, he saved this book for me. I actually liked Pace enough to give it 4 stars. I am completely sold on him and loved his moments with Max. A lot of people can try to sell you with words, but Pace proved over and over again that he was in this for the long haul and wanted to see where things could go.
I also felt since I am not a mother I would give Kylie the benefit of the doubt. If you have read the other books in the series and loved them, I recommend this one too. I am glad I read it, as I truly loved Pace and Max. I wish I loved Kylie and if we would have more of an epilogue maybe my vote could have been swayed, but as of right now…not her biggest fan.

5 Sexy Pace Drake Stars
I love this series so much. I think the only thing I could wish for was that I wished it was longer! But that’s the thing with Kendall Ryan reads, they are short, sweet and SUPER STEAMY.
It’s Pace and Kylie’s story and let me do a little dance, because I’ve said it many times before and I will say it again.
I LOVE A SINGLE MOM STORY!!!!
You throw in a cute adorable baby and I’m melting. I just had a baby so I’m a tad biased.
Pace is a play boy. He loves women and doesn’t see himself settling down. Kylie is a single mom with a baby boy. She’s been burned before and has no intentions of getting hurt again. Her priority is her son and what’s best for the both of them.

Totally love Kylie. She’s super mom and I want to be her. She even signs to her kid! I need to do that. I get Kylie completely. She’s guarded and kind of disheveled. She spends her days in yoga pants and hardly has time to shower. So true and it makes her more endearing.
Pace
Pace is the perfect guy for Kylie. Yeah, he’s a player and he’s never dated a woman with a child, but that’s what makes him so appealing. Gah, he’s so sexy. I love how persistent he is towards Kylie and yes I love his reactions towards Kylie’s son. Who doesn’t like a Hero that plays with babies?!
Overall
I love Kendall Ryan and I love this series. Filthy Beautiful Lust just worked for me. It was cute, sassy and made me smile.

This was a beautiful and heartwarming story! I thought Pace was great before, but in a fun-loving, flirty, kind of way. This book revealed a whole other side to this bachelor Adonis. Kylie really hit the jackpot with him!
Although this was a short book, the story didn't feel rushed and the characters were well developed. Pace was seemingly transformed overnight. Yet, it felt natural and didn't feel forced or overdone. He laid eyes on Kylie and Sam and knew that he wanted to be the man in their lives. Then he fought for what he wanted. It was endearing and sooo sexy!
Kylie was, understandably, more hesitant. She fought her attraction to Pace because she knew that getting attached to him, only to lose him later, would be devastating for both her and Sam. After all, she was well aware of his playboy reputation and had to think about more than just herself as a single mother.
Unexpected events force Kylie to reexamine what she wants for her future and where Pace fits in the picture long term. I was a little angry with her a few times and thought she could have handled some situations better, but in the end, I was satisfied with the ending. For once, it was not the guy in the story that seemed to be insensitive, which was surprisingly refreshing.
Pace is swoon-worthy! He may be the epitome of the perfect male! Pace and Kylie together just fits, even though it shouldn't. I thoroughly enjoyed this story! It was quick, sweet, and brought a smile to my face.

I am not sure what it was about Pace that had me craving his story, but it was there. After finishing the first two books in this series I knew I needed to get to know these brothers more. Hell, I knew that after the first book in the series. And Kendall Ryan delivered. She gave us Pace & Kylie’s story – a story of the hardworking single mom and the playboy man-whore.
I am sure the love I had for this story has something to do with me having ovaries. Something that is just attractive about a man and a baby that makes my all my woman parts stand up and pay attention.
But Pace has his work cut out for him. Kylie isn’t ready to trust another man after she was left by the man who knocked her up. Her focus is on her son, Max. Although there is no denying her physical attraction to Pace, she can’t risk the stability of her life for a man that barely lets the sheets cool before bedding his next conquest. For Pace there is something different about Kylie that he can’t seem to let go of. She’s nothing like the woman he typically is attracted to. He can’t seem to understand this deep rooted need to become part of her life and to become a part of Max’s life as well. But getting her to see that he can be more is going to be hard work.
Love is not a strong enough word for how much I feel right now. I needed this story after finish the prior books in the series. These brothers played such a minor role in the first two books, but there was just something about both of them that begged for them to have their own story. The fact that Ms. Ryan not only listened to the readers, but delivered; left this reader 100% satisfied with the outcome. Pace’s story was perfection and after reading the blurb for Collins’ book I am even more excited. Pace sort of stole the show. Of all the Drake boys, I think Pace is my favorite. I think I knew that the minute his devilish smirk made an appearance but I have a feeling that Collins will give both Pace and Colton a run for their money with his book.
Bravo Kendall Ryan, for not only giving the readers what they begged for with this book, but doing it justice. Giving Pace a story worthy of the character that all of us were drawn to.

He can’t seem to understand this deep rooted need to become part of her life and to become a part of Max’s life as well. But getting her to see that he can be more is going to be hard work.
Love is not a strong enough word for how much I feel right now. I needed this story after finish the prior books in the series. These brothers played such a minor role in the first two books, but there was just something about both of them that begged for them to have their own story. The fact that Ms. Ryan not only listened to the readers, but delivered; left this reader 100% satisfied with the outcome. Pace’s story was perfection and after reading the blurb for Collins’ book I am even more excited. Pace sort of stole the show. Of all the Drake boys, I think Pace is my favorite. I think I knew that the minute his devilish smirk made an appearance but I have a feeling that Collins will give both Pace and Colton a run for their money with his book.
Bravo Kendall Ryan, for not only giving the readers what they begged for with this book, but doing it justice. Giving Pace a story worthy of the character that all of us were drawn to.

Single mom, Kylie, swears off man after having Max, her son, from previous relationship. So when Pace shows interest to her, she readily turns him down.
But Pace is determined to prove to Kylie that he's worthy of her love and attention and that he can take care of her and Max.
So when Kylie broke her arm and the first person she called was Pace. This is the chance Pace is looking for to prove to Kylie that he's in for the long haul. Kylie saw how attentive and caring Pace can be to her and Max. Kylie can't hide the fact that she's slowly caving in into liking Pace.
Just when you thought everything is going great between Pace and Kylie someone unexpected returns. What will happen now to the budding romance between Pace and Kylie? Will Pace give up Kylie & Max?
This is what I like about the writing of Ms. Ryan you'll never what will happen next. I enjoy reading this and looking forward to read more books from this author.

If you've read the first two book in the Filthy Beautiful Lies series, than you probably think Pace Drake is the world biggest playboy and could never settle for one woman. But what everyone thinks about this man and what he's really like are a bit different. Yes, he's slept with many woman. But it only takes one to make a man see where his future lies and for Pace....that woman is Kylie Sloan.
I loved Pace in Colton's books. He was the brother that would stand behind you when you needed it, tell you when your head was up your ass or just be there for you. I was so happy Kendall Ryan was giving him his own story, because I knew there was more to Pace when we got our first glimpse of Pace with Max. He was a man who had a lot of potential, he just needed a reason to throw his playboy ways behind him. Of course, he find that reason in Colton's employee. He was warned away from her, but he couldn't help but be someone that could help lesson Kylie's burdens. He knew nothing about being a single parent, but he kept putting himself out there with her, not knowing if he was ever going to get this gun-shy woman to trust his feelings towards her. I was pretty sure I was ready for Pace to come help distract me from some of my day-to-day craziness if Kylie wasn't open to his line of helping.
As a mom, I knew where Kylie was coming from and could understand her need to protect herself and her son from falling for a man who I thought might not stick around. But I couldn't understand how she could push Pace away, when he's never given her any reason to doubt him, despite what his past might say about him. But was quick to give Max's father a second chance when he's abandoned her when she needed him most. It was frustrating, even when I could sympathize with her situation and understand how she struggled to make the right decision for herself and her son.
As much as I loved Colton's books, I think Pace is my favorite Drake brother. There was so much more to this man than just his sex god looks. The author did a fantastic job of giving Pace a depth that demonstrated his struggles with his feelings for this woman and her son versus who he was minutes before he realized Kylie really did need him. You don't have to agree with everything Pace did, but it was hard to deny that he was the perfect man for Kylie and father to Max.
Another fabulously delicious read from Kendall Ryan. She's a must read author for me and never disappoints in giving readers a book that doesn't allow for you to put it down until the very last page is read.

This is probably my favorite one so far. Pace is your normal playboy type guy. However, he has it bad for Kylie. She is finding it hard to resist him but with a kid she knows that she has to be careful. In time he is able to finally prove himself and they get their HEA.

I didn’t know if I was going to be able to accept the complete overhaul that his character goes through in order to be with Kylie and Max, but Kendall does a fantastic job of showing Pace’s gradual change. It doesn’t happen overnight, and he trips a few times along the way, but it’s amazing to see Pace’s transformation from the womanizer that he used to be to the man who wants to lay claim to Kylie and Max. I didn’t think anyone could take Colton’s place as my favorite Drake, but Pace definitely comes out ahead because of the way he steps up and allows Kylie to live again…to not have to be so strong all the time.
Kylie is a fantastic heroine. As a single mom, she’s sacrificed a lot for her son, but she wouldn’t change any of it. Max is her priority and that definitely comes across loud and clear as she puts his needs in front of her own time and time again. It hasn’t been easy for her, but she does what needs to be done and that’s what any good mother does.
Pace and Kylie’s book is a sexy and swoon worthy read that will have readers rooting for Kylie to let Pace in from the very beginning. It’s another great read in Kendall Ryan’s Filthy Beautiful Lies series, and I can’t wait to see what she has in store for the last Drake brother, Collins.

This is my favorite book so far in the series. If I had to choose a book boyfriend from Colton’s three brothers it would be Pace. He’s open, honest, can cook, sexy, and well endowed. What more can a girl want? Oh… and he’s rich. And, he lives modestly.
Filthy Beautiful Lust is the story of Pace’s philandering ways and the changes he makes for one woman and her child. I think this book is also the episode that has the most humor in it. I often times found myself chuckling at Pace’s inner thoughts to do bodily harm to Colton for “cock blocking” his new love interest (Kylie).
I thought this book to be the most realistic, endearing, and cohesive in storytelling. For the most part it just made sense from beginning to end. I appreciated that even though Pace is rich, he didn’t live lavishly like his older brothers. He was the most modest.
Filthy Beautiful Lust has some execution flaws but I still love Pace and the storyline. Nice job Kendall Ryan.

Filthy Beautiful Lust es el tercer libro de los cuatro que componen la serie Filthy Beautiful Lies de la autora Kendall Ryan, ademas de ser el primer libro en narrar la historia de Pace y Kylie, puesto que los libros anteriores tenian como protagonistas a Colton ( hermano de Pace ) y Sophie.
Cuando empece a leer esta saga esperaba que la historia se desarrollara de forma diferente, con eso no quiero decir que sean malas historias, puesto que a pesar de no ser las mejores, si son muy entretenidas pero esperaba otra cosa de la autora.
Los libros de esta serie son perfectos para leer cuando no quieres una lectura muy " seria " sino algo ligero y sin complicaciones.
Lo que no me termino de convencer fue el final, lo senti demasiado apresurado, como si la autora se olvidara de escribir un par de capitulos mas.
Espero poder leer pronto el proximo libro, que tendra como protagonista a Collins, el hermano del medio.

I swear, you throw me a guy who either has a kid or is very good with kids you immediately win me over. This was it. Guys that are good with kids seriously always win me over no matter what. Of all the books I've come across, those are the types of guys who I fall head over heels with. Of course there's others, but it's stagnant. I love all of them because it's like the key to my heart. I loved Kylie and Pace's story! It's crazy how short these books are so I worry a story that complex can fit into such a short book. It does. Believe me. I worried that even though Sophie and Colton got 2 books, I worried since Kylie and Pace only get one that I wouldn't like it. HAHA! No, I loved this probably even more than Sophie and Colton's story and their story became a favorite for me. So high expectations for this one! Totally exceeded expectations and I'm sooo glad I picked up this series! I can't wait to read Collins story and see what happens with him!!!

Baby of the family Pace was certainly something to behold, I loved how determined he was and how caring he was, especially with Max. I just felt this story was so rushed, I think there were a lot of aspects of a relationship that could and should have been explored and expanded. I will definitely read Collins's story and hope for a more fulfilling story and a great conclusion to this series.

I liked Kylie in the beginning, then she made some questionable decisions, then she was ok with me again.
For some reason though I didn't feel the connection between Kylie and Pace, like I usually do with other books. There's just something about their relationship that seems missing.

I really loved this book especially watching how Pace was with Max. There were a couple of points in this book that I wanted to kill Kylie and that's why this was not quite 5 stars for me. I just thought she was selfish and didn't treat Pace fairly. I really enjoy this series and I can't wait to read Collin's story!
