I'm not sure what i can say about this book other than SHOUTING .. OMG WTF, YOU HAVE TO READ THIS, MY MIND IS ALL OVER, TWISTED AHHH WHAT HAS THIS AUTHOR DONE !!
ok now that's out of my system, Yes its a must read, your head and emotions will feel like you have been hit by a mack truck, but what a hell of a ride !!!!
Rochelle has a life that would be anyone's dream. Fantastic boyfriend, beautiful daughter and an ex who's still important and fully part of their lives. Life just doesn't get better, until little things begin to happen. Is this someone playing stupid pranks? Or is there a serious pyschotic stalker lurking and determined. That's all i can say because at this point, the author takes you on a journey filled with intensity, bringing, lust, fear, hope, doubt, mistrusts, to clean out yelling!! Danger and excitement is built with such a perfect build up that when the clanger finally drops your left wanting to commit a crime to get the next book!!!

This book is all kindsa leaving me with the chills and feeling so confused!! The cliffhanger at the end was expected given it’s a trilogy but DAYUM!!
Rochelle is living life to the fullest. She has it all going on for her and she is happy right. I mean her daughter is perfect. Her stud of a boytoy is amazeballs. What could she have to worry about??? But then all of a sudden, her life is turned upside down by her stalker. I mean the blurb is what made me want this book and now that I have it, I can’t talk about it because DAMN IT this entire review would be full of spoilers.
Just know this and understand this…when you read it be ready to be creeped out…..be stunned….be freaked….have insurance on your kindle because the gasping and dropping of it at the end of the book….yup…you will need it!

Sure to keep you on the edge of your seat, Torrie Robles has concocted a twisted tale full of love, sex and fear.
Meet Rochelle, unsuspecting woman who has a life many would dream to have. Great man, beautiful daughter, agreeable ex, and a promising career. She also has a stalker. So there's that. Follow along through part one of this series as the author ramps up the mystery of who could possibly be terrorizing Rochelle and her daughter.
I absolutely loved book one. I think the author did a great job in several areas. I am truly invested in these characters. I have my favorites already and have an ending in my head that I hope comes to fruition. She has done a great job of keeping me on my toes. I have no idea what is going on. This story ends on a cliffhanger...and honestly I am not sure if the information I have received at the end is indicative of the true stalker. It makes sense but, things have been twisty so....
Cliffhangers are NOT my thing because I am an impatient reader. But I have to say I don't mind this one so much. Not sure if it because I am at a point in my reading year that I need to be shaken up a bit or what, but actually don't mind this. I have something to look forward to in the coming months.
This book will easily pull you in and grab your attention and I am highly recommending it. Unless you have a stalker trigger....

4.5 twisted stars!! Omg this book kept me guessing until the very last sentence!!
This is book one in the “Twisted Trilogy” and I can not freaking wait for the next one!! Like literally the last sentence rocked my world!!
This is a book about a man’s obsession and her love triangle.
Rochelle is a single mother with a super sexy, amazing ex/baby daddy and a loving boyfriend. She has it made until one drunken idea leaked information to the wrong man and created a new obsession. Rochelle’s life went from wonderful to fucking crazy!!
First off let me say I really enjoy Rochelle’s character. I think she is great and this whole stalker story worked well. I mean you saw as the story went on how she changed, I think the author did quite well with that. And come on that baby daddy of hers has me out of my mind. He is so damn perfect. Never really cared for August and not sure why. This triangle had me convincing myself one thing was happening and then changing my mind two chapters over. Ahh it was sooo good!!
I could not put my finger on the mystery of the book. I had a strong feeling but something would happen every now and then and change my whole mind frame. This book had me dying for the next page.
The author did such a good job of reeling you in and then making you second guess everyone and everything. I was impressed!!

Rochelle continues to get the text and blocks them, but they keep coming through, the only person that knows is her sister, she knows she needs the guys and the police, but she’s deleted the them when she got them, but they seem to be escalating.
You learn how Rochelle’s stalker gets her phone number and that they turn infatuation into obsession, and they almost always get what they want.
With the stalker again making contact and the police not being much help she knows she needs to tell August, but, doesn’t tell Brant her ex or it could turn into a competition between the two.
Rochelle’s world starts to fall apart, Rochelle starts to doubt everyone and everything they say as her stalker seems to escalate more, and finally the police agree to be involved, but now with everything coming out, Rochelle doesn’t know who to trust.
The ending leave on a huge cliff hanger, leaving you with some answers but more questions.

First off, what the absolute hell Torrie? Seriously, the end I screamed, I yelled and literally said “what the f”. Ugh girl you are killing me here.
The gist of Manipulation is that Rochelle is being stalked and her life has gone to shambles because of it. If more details are given the story would really be ruined. You just need to grab a copy and dive into it. Manipulation is suspenseful and leaves you questioning lots. I was drawn into the story from the beginning and was no let me rephrase that is still very curious as to the “WHY and HOW” in everything that is going on. There are definitely answers to my questions that still are left out there and I hope they get answered in the books to come.
I seriously need the next book STAT!

Rochelle was enjoying her life with her boyfriend and her daughter and she even managed to stayed friends with her ex when they separated. Now that she has attracted the attention of a stalker her life has been turned upside down. It is leaving stress and turmoil in its wake, and the investigation seems to raise more questions than answers and leaves her wondering who an be trusted.
This story takes you on an suspenseful ride which escalates into a cliffhanger that leaves you wanting more. I can’t wait for the second book in this trilogy. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Ooh! I want to say as little as possible on this review. This is a truly thrilling book, that keeps you perched on the edge of your seat. Read it with as little knowledge as possible...it’s gripping!
A web is woven and there are more players that you can fathom but when things get darker, who does our heroine turn to?
But when insecurity rears it head, it has devastating results, pushing and pulling the characters and risking everything.
This story keeps your pulse beating at a rapid rate from start to heart-stopping finish.
Absolutely riveting!

Oh my goodness this author is so twisted but in the best way possible. It’s just a good dark and suspenseful book entails, and that ending made me want to pull out my hair. Rochelle has a perfect life well except for her little stalker problem. I can’t say much more than that without giving the whole plot away. As danger and excitement builds who can Rochelle trust? I don’t normally read cliffhanger books but this is such an outstanding author I couldn’t help myself. I can’t wait for book two in the trilogy!!!

This book was fabulous! The characters are great and the story flows. I am usually pretty good at figuring out "who did it" but she had me guessing all the way to the end. Now when I say end I mean the book was left on a massive reveal and then nothing, you must wait for book 2! I can not wait to see where this story goes next!

Torrie has blown minds again with this book. Just when you think you know something she changes it. Rochelle is so unaware of the situation that you feel for her. But then there are times you will get beyond mad. I so can not wait for more. I need the rest of this story.

Holy WOW!!! What a suspenseful story!! Had me on edge the entire time!! For the life of me I couldn’t figure out who the culprit was?? But the Bam the last sentence revealed who it was!! So exciting!! Excellent book!!

Torrie Robles’s new release Manipulation is the first book in the “Twisted Trilogy" and certainly has been aptly named. Book One is Manipulation and it was very entertaining. Twisted and unique in many respects. Torrie Robles did a fantastic job of reeling in readers again and again and I was impressed with the plotlines of the story. I hated the Cliffhanger! But I usually do anyway… but it serves it purpose for sure, cause now I am on pins and needles waiting to read the next book. The book centers around one man’s obsession with heroine Rochelle and the love triangle Rochelle finds herself in with her boyfriend and the father of her child. The story offers multiple character perspective – the antagonist as well as the three protagonists involved in the triangle. Manipulation is full of twists and turns. Just when I thought I knew where Robles was leading readers, she threw a bomb out there and it keep me invested in the story. The pacing was a little uneven at intervals, but I was able to overlook that in favor of truly wanting to know where the story was going. I enjoyed the sexiness as well. I sincerely hope the second book is released soon so I can read more by this author!

Will Keep You On the Edge of Your Seat
I’m seriously so in love with this book. The characters are amazing and there is so many twists!! It had me begging for more the whole time I was reading it. You will not be able to put this book down once you start reading. All of her books are my new addiction!

Why aren't more people talking about this book!?
I love a good stalker book and this was pretty great! I could not put this book down!!
Manipulation is about a woman that starts receiving creepy texts from a guy that’s stalking her. Sounds like your typical stalker book? Well I found this one to be a little different. The heroine was not who I was expecting. I was expecting her character to be a cliche. You know young and dumb? Nope. It was so refreshing to read about a heroine who ACTUALLY goes to the police. 👏🏻
Even though I was able to guess who the stalker was, I was still so invested in how the story was going to unfold. This book is the first in a trilogy and I’m very intrigued to find out where this series is going!

Torrie Robles has been known to write what she fondly calls fluff romance or the racy MC romances, but now she has decided to dive into the dark romances. Oh lord, that woman dived. There is nothing sweet or fluffy about Manipulation. That word truly explains it all. Robles manipulates you into believing one thing and then BAM!!
Normally I can knock out my reading of books pretty fast but I've been in a huge book funk. I should have known that I just needed a huge dose of Robles. While I thought I would be slowly dipping my toes into some lukewarm water, after the first chapter I realized I had been pushed head first into ice cold water that turns piping hot without any notice.
Manipulation follows Rochelle as she slowly comes to learn that someone has her in their sights. Little does she know that he is manipulating every step she takes meticulously leading her into his arms. Is it who you think it is? Does he really have that much power? How is he able to get her to react like that?
Robles has, it seems, mastered the mind of a stalker. The mind of a narcissistic man, who can't fathom that Rochelle doesn't seem to understand she is already his. Robles is able to build the terror from a small flickering of discomfort to a constant looking over your shoulder as you turn the page.
How will it all end? Will Rochelle figure things out? Who will she choose between the two men already in her life? Robles leaves you wanting, craving and needing more.
