There is a little bit, it is more insinuated than anything. The main character is in an arranged marriage and you can see the male lead start to develop an interested/feeling for the heroine, but this mainly happens towards then end of the book.

Not much. The main character finds herself in an arranged marriage, so the relationship is not romantic. There are references to the sexual exploits of other characters in a brief and vague way.
