Lauren Whatever the recommended age for the show is in your country would be a simpler age rating for the book, although since there isn't actually any dark scenes in the book since it is et before the events of season 1, the mystery has not started, and thus the true darkness of Riverdale has yet to be revealed, so this book could be read by slightly younger people than the show is set for(the show is set for young adults and teens[and by teens, I don't mean 11-13, I mean 13+ minimum]).

I personally think that the TV show is suited for 14-15+ (this is just an opinion), but that anyone from the age of 12+ could read this book.
If you are under the age of 14 and have seen the show that is non of my business, but if you are under the age of 14 and have seen the show, you can definitely read this book. And if you are over the age of 14 and have seen the show you can read it too :)

Although I don't recommend reading it before watching the tv show since it was alot of spoilers.
Bailey Crawly I think it's geared toward the young adult audience. It's pretty well-catered to fans of the show to make a few extra dollars off them, so if you (or your kid, if you're inquiring for a child) watch the show, then I would recommend the book to you.
