Little fires everywhere- Everyone doing something behind everyone else's back, things which could backfire and impact in really a big way. Eg. (1) Mia hearing about the baby and informing Bebe, and in turn, Mrs Richardson getting to know about this info and then going about digging Mia's past (2) Pearl-Moody-Trip, being close and yet cooking up their own relationships behind their backs, lying to each other (not Moody, he was so good, felt bad for him). (3) Lexie and her boyfriend (4) Izzy's actions of disabling locks of all the classrooms (5) the conflict in minds of various people about the adoption court case..... In fact all these combined too could be termed "little fires everywhere" :)
