Did Wes survive? He wasn't mentioned in the deaths that Owen was being charged for, but then on the next page, Alice lists him as one of the people who died.

I noticed that too! So I think that he didn’t die but it’s still very possible. I think he must’ve survived since the judge didn’t mention his name
