Is anyone else distracted by all the britishisms in Lee child's writing? Talking about kerbs instead of curbs , neighbour,queue instead of lanes or lines ? Even British slang....I'm reading never go back and it's full of stuff like that. I know child is a Brit but jack reacher is supposed to be an American born and raised.....not for nothing, but I think an American character.should have an American voice. Just sayin

Yes! In my review, I didn't say why, but that is it exactly!
