My Ramblings:

Collins has live-in girlfriend. Not the perfect girlfriend, because, come on, how's the hero and the heroine gonna 'end up together' if the hero was supposedly into another 'perfect' relationship? Back to my issue, she's a supermodel and all, slightly spoiled brat. Then comes Mia aka Gremlin, childhood best friend, and all of a sudden voila! Cue the romantic background music. Collin's dick standing up straight (for lack of a better term.) I mean, I could forgive him for that because "he's a guy" though unreasonable. But nooo, it didn't stop there. In the span of a day, Mia and Collins are making-out while his girlfriend was reading some magazine! I mean, I'm not a fan of the girlfriend, but in my book, that's just wrong. And Mia, telling herself she's not that kind of girl? I said Bullshit. Then Collins asking for some time away from his girlfriend and then proceeded to tell her that he's going away for Paris bringing Mia. Absurd! There was no break-up. Just some time away with each other and needed time to think. But really, that was just an excuse to screw Mia. I was really looking forward to reading this, but the more I read, the more I got irritated. So No thanks.

I have been anxiously waiting for this one since I binge read the first three books back in November. I love the Drake brothers so when I saw this on my kindle yesterday morning I jumped right in. I couldn’t wait to see what was in story for Collins Drake.

Collins Drake likes control and order in his life. He doesn’t like to feel unprepared or at a loss, so he takes all necessary steps to ensure order is maintained. He lives in his beautiful home, runs his successful company, and is in a three year relationship with a supermodel. It appears everything is going according to plan until his first love returns - Mia.

"I exercise control over all things in my life…only my cock hasn’t gotten the memo. The selfish prick.”

Mia has pretty much hit rock bottom. She has been framed by her former boss for embezzlement, so she is jobless, homeless, and broke. They say when you hit rock bottom the only way to go is up, so Mia decides to go out on a limb and see her former best friend, the guy she had a secret crush on her whole childhood, Collins Drake.

Mia and Collins are not your typical love story. No they fell in love as children, at five years old they developed a bond and it continued to grow up until the point Mia’s family moved away when they were fifteen. Before moving away Collins and Mia pinky promised if they weren’t married by time they were thirty they would marry each other.

A lot can change in fifteen years, but sometimes things stay the same. That is the case when Mia and Collins reconnect. While their appearances have changed they still share the same unique connection. Things can’t be that simple though, Collins is still dating his long time girlfriend and Mia isn’t exactly in the best place. Finally, despite their best efforts Mia and Collins are not able to withstand each other.



I love stories of friends to lovers, especially when the friendship is formed at a young age with such innocence. Collins loved Mia, he protected her because she was his heart, his soulmate. When bonds are formed under those circumstances they are forever. Time can’t erase true love and friendship.



This story is a crazy quick read and I actually love quick reads, especially when they come with tons of steam. The downfall to writing a book about a couple I love is I just want more and more. While I can appreciate the lack of drama just for the sake of drama, I wanted more from these two. I wanted more background and to see things play out. I wanted to feel more of a connection between Collins and Mia, and while I enjoyed the story I didn’t fall head over heals in love with it.



I do highly recommend this one, if you are fan of the series. I loved catching up with the other Drake brother’s families and seeing how things were going. I am sad to see this end, even if I was late to the party.

4 Mr. Collin Stars

It’s the last of the series, WAAAAAAAAAA

I can’t believe it’s over. I wished it was longer, although I did enjoy how fast the pace was. Can’t I have both? Can I have a fast-pace book that is long?

Anyhow, I love Kendall Ryan’s reads, but I did have a tiny issue with this one. I didn’t care for the cheating and I know some of you will be saying, well it wasn’t really in there.

But there was. It was enough for me to cringe a little, but like I always say, it’s a personal preference.

That aside, I really enjoyed Mia and Collin. I loved how they were childhood friends and they made a secret pact to marry each other if they were still single by the age of 30. What I didn’t really believe is that they fell out of touch for the past 15 years. I kind of wished they kept in touch here and there, but that is just me.

Mia shows up at Collin’s doorstep years later and she is at her worst. She lost her job, she has no money and she wants comfort from her childhood friend. Collin, however isn’t single and is living with his model girlfriend, I know so typical.

Mia feels inadequate and believes she should go back home, but Collin doesn’t want to lose his Mia again and suggests she stays. Collin has all the qualities I look for a book Hero. He’s good looking, successful, carefree and a bit guarded. He did frustrate me, but how could he not, he has lingering feelings for Mia, but he also has a girlfriend.

I totally get Mia and I liked how she stayed as strong as she could, but she does seem a touch needy. I get that she wants her friend back, but he has a girlfriend! I think she should have just left and waited for him to break up with the model. AGAIN, that’s just me.

Overall, it was a really short and easy read, but Kendall Ryan’s books are always that. I really do hope she makes a long dramatic read sometime. Anyhow, I’m sad the series is coming to an end and I enjoyed every bit of it.

Debo aclarar que cuando comencé este libro no tenía ni idea de que era parte de una serie, lo leí porque amo el tema friends to lovers pero francamente no fue para tanto.

Vamos que no creo que vuelva a leer a la autora, y eso que es la primera vez que leo algo suyo. El tema aquí que creo que pudo haber influido es que odio la infidelidad y realmente no puedo estar de acuerdo con algo así, o sea, si desde el principio Collins hubiera dejado a la otra tipa que me pareció igual de insoportable que la protagonista me hubiera podido creer un poquito la historia de amor. Pero NO, y lo peor es que él prota tampoco hizo la gran cosa.

Mia fue exasperante en algunas partes, que si me voy, que si no, que si lo quiero pero no debo... todo en ella gritaba necesidad, estaba tan perdida esta chica. ¡Que pobre! Hay que tenerle lastima porque no sabe que hacer con su vida y para colmo piensa que su mejor amigo rico la ayudara y cumplirá una promesa que se hicieron a los Díez años. ¿Es una broma? ¿En serio?

No me gustó la forma en que se desarrolló la historia y no me gustaron los protagonistas, vamos que ni siquiera me dio curiosidad saber qué pasaba con los otros hermanos.

En definitiva un libro muy normalito que no aporta nada nuevo y que te deja más enojada que contenta con los protagonistas fan incongruentes. No le doy una estrella porque esa me la guardo para los libros que no puedo ni terminar de leer.

This is the fourth book in the Filthy Beautiful Lies series, starring the Drake Brothers. This book focused on Collins, the oldest brother, who is always in control. He had been going through the motions, but hadn’t actually been living life in a long time. Then Mia, his childhood best friend, re-enters his life. Mia is fun, carefree, and easy going. She teaches Collins to live again.

“You’ve gotta stop thinking with your head so much.” Placing her palm over my heart, she leans close. “Everything you need to know is right here.”

Mia being there shakes up Collins’ entire life and he has to figure who he wants and how he wants to live. Will a twenty year old promise mean anything?

The sexual tension between the two friends, particularly when Collins is still living with his supermodel girlfriend, Tatianna is unreal.

“That zing between us, this temptation, this desire hasn’t gone away over time.”

The hotel scene is Paris. Holy hell – make sure you have some spare panties handy!! And the beach scene – amazing!! I had tears!

I absolutely loved this book and the end of this series! We got to see so much of the other two couples, Colton & Sophie and Pace & Kylie as well. You will laugh, cry, and need to change your panties – get to reading it now! ~Tiffany, 5 stars

Bravo, Ms. Ryan for an amazing ending to a scorching series!! Even though I'm sad to see it end, I couldn't think of a better way to end it **sighing with a big ol’ smile**

This was Collins' story - the oldest Drake brother - and what a story it was. Lately, Collins feels there is something missing from his life, but he didn't realize what it was until Mia appears at his front steps and takes him back in time.

Mia's life has been anything but peachy and yet she can't forget the promise she and Collins made to each other when they were just 10 years old. Now she's at his doorstep wanting to see if he remembers her and the promise.

As they get reacquainted Mia knows there's an obstacle in her way – Tatianna, Collins’ live in girlfriend. Still, she refuses to let him go without a fight and let me say, Mia brought it!

As Collins and Mia get to know each other again, they can't deny the feelings they feel for each other. Despite the time away, they spark like the fourth of July going off a couple of times!!

Collins and Mia's story is probably my favorite one of this series because who can forget their first love and what it truly meant to you? When you realize that’s what has been missing from your life, you fight for it like you life depended and Mia did exactly that! FLOVED, FLOVED Filthy Beautiful Forever!!

The Drake Men are SCORCHING HOT. The love they have for their women is a fierce love with a deep passion, and the women that love them, love them back with that same passionate, fierceness!!

L'autrice come sempre ci stupisce con colpi di scena e con la sua scrittura frizzante e genuina. Quest'ultimo libro mi ha stregata, come i precedenti, e mi ha portata nella vita del maggiore dei fratelli Drake. Mia è una bomba, gentile e altruista, a tratti egoista, a tratti ancora lunatica. La donna perfetta. Il giovane ha un rapporto molto cinico con la sua fidanzata, quasi stanno insieme solo per non stare da soli e quando ritroverà in Mia il calore di una donna, sarà difficile resistergli. Un altro successo dell'autrice, un capolavoro. Le scene hot sono piene di carica erotica. Ritroveremo anche i personaggi dei precedenti libri, cosa che amo. Non mi resta che aspettare qualcos'altro di questa autrice e attendere le vostre considerazioni.

Collins ha tutto sotto controllo, un lavoro che ama, una fidanzata soddisfacente e una vita tranquilla. Quando un giorno bussa alla sua porta una ragazza che non si sarebbe mai aspettato di rivedere, la sua vita viene sconvolta. Mia e Collins si conoscono intimamente da quando avevano memoria, è un rapporto intimo difficile da spiegare e pieno di amore. ¿Qué pasó con este libro Kendall?

Colton me encandiló.
Pace me robó el maldito corazón -ese chico *suspiro*-.

Y con Collins creí que mi cuerpo colapsaría. Y lo hizo.
Pero de decepción.
Me fue taaaaaaaan indiferente.

Y para mí absoluta sorpresa, a la única que odié, como, de verdad, la odié, fue a Mia, la protagonista.
Es la primera vez en que la que se supone que es 'la mala' de la historia -la novia de Collins, Tatianna-, me cae más en gracia que la protagonista.
Tatianna era fría y materialista. Sí, lo era.
Pero trató a Mia bien. Quiero decir, no era toda besos y abrazos, pero era cordial.
Y sin embargo Mia, se dedica a intentar levantarle el novio a la chica. Y en ningún momento lees que se arrepienta un poco de ello. No, por Dios. Ella va a saco con todo.

Y sin exagerar: cuando Collins se besa con Mia, estando su novia a unos pocos metros de distancia, casi tiro el móvil por la habitación.
Eso es infidelidad, señores.
No importa que la relación de Collins y Tatianna fuera más fría que estar en pelota picada en el Ártico.

¡SIGUE SIENDO UNA INFIDELIDAD!

¡Así no se hacen las cosas! Si tienes ganas de explorar lo que sientes por tu mejor amiga de la infancia, rompes tu relación con tu novia y listo.
No te masturbas y le pides a tu amiga que haga lo mismo delante de ti.
¿En qué cabeza cabe que eso está bien, que si no os tocáis no estás siendo infiel?



Me exasperó que ella fue tan infantil y en mi opinión, estúpida como para ir después de 15 años sin verse a su casa por una promesa que hicieron con 10 años y que esperara que él tirara su relación de 3 años a la basura por ella.
Me exasperó que no tuviera la decencia de irse de la casa cuando las cosas se pusieron calientes entre ellos y que siguiera siendo capaz de mirar a la novia del tipo a los ojos.
Me exasperó que tuviera que venir Collins y solucionarle todo: su trabajo, el hecho de estar sin casa...




Ni siquiera la aparición de Colton y Pace consigue que le suba puntuación.

Decepción absoluta con este libro.

Collins Drake the most serious among the Drake brothers have been in a relationship with a woman for 3 years and yet he feels something is missing until Mia arrived at his doorstep. Now, he’s more doubtful if his current relationship is worth saving for. The question is, will Collins ditch his girlfriend for Mia or will he tell Mia that it's just a childhood pinky-promise that should not be taken seriously?

Kendall Ryan will always be on my list of authors who continues to deliver good stories. I really enjoyed reading this series. *Time well well spent reading this book!*

Ughhhhhhhhh!!!!! I had high hopes for collins and the author gave me this???? Ughhhhhh!!! I camt believe the high ratings this book got!


Mia showed to collins house unannounced and reminded him about the promise they made and she expected him to just accept it?! He's in a relationship! They may be together for convenience but they are still in a relationship! And mia is getting mad at collins for having sex with his gf before talking to her?! Wtf! And she acted like collins betrayed her for that when they are not even together and he made no promises to her except that they'll talk! I dont care if collins is in a loveless relationship mia still has no right to say or think that collins should chose her! It's still collins choice and it is not like collins made any promises to her! The one in 5th grade doesnt count! Ughhhhhh! This book really made me sooooo mad!

Filthy Beautiful Forever es el cuarto y ultimo libro de la serie Filthy Beautiful Lies y tiene como protagonistas a Collins ( hermano mayor de Colton y Pace ) y Mia.
No se ni como empezar esta reseña, llevaba muchisimo tiempo esperando poder leer la historia de Collins, pero ahora que la he leido lo unico que tengo claro es que fue una de las mayores decepciones en lo que va de año.
Sigo sin poder creer que Kendall Ryan ( una de mis autoras favoritas ) haya escrito este libro y ademas creara un personaje tan insoportable y odioso como Mia.

1º - No me gusto la trama ni como se desarrollo, generalmente cuando en un libro hay infidelidad me cuesta mucho encontrar razones para justificarlo, no me importa que los infieles sean los protagonistas.

2º - No pude conectar con los protagonistas ( ni siquiera pude cogerles un poco de cariño ). Tenia unas ganas enormes de leer sobre Collins, puesto que en los libros anteriores me parecio tan misterioso y enigmatico que pense que seria un gran protagonista pero que me encontre en este libro?? un total cero a la izquierda : cobarde, debil y sin nada de caracter.
Mia fue una de las peores protagonistas que he tenido la mala suerte de conocer ( y he conocido a muchas por desgracia xDD ), infantil, manipuladora sin nada de amor propio ni orgullo, egoista, interesada... podria seguir con sus defectos durante horas, con decir que me gusto muchisimo mas Tatianna, que se suponia era la " mala " que ella.
Cada vez que tocaba un capitulo desde su punto de vista queria entrar en la historia y ahogarla en la bañera, me sacaba de quicio.

3º - No consegui " creerme " su historia de amor, si es que se el puede llamar asi a lo que Collins y Mia tenian, desde mi punto de vista eran solo dos personas que se atraian y justificaban sus " revolcones " diciendo que se amaban desde niños * pone los ojos en blanco *.

En definitiva, esperaba una mejor ( mucho mejor ) conclusion a esta maravillosa saga, pero al menos para mi, con este libro la serie perdio mucho.

I wasn't really impressed with this novel. I loved this series but this one just didn't do it for me...



If you're a Filthy Beautiful Lies series fan then you'll definitely what to give this book a shot because we finally get to read Collins story and I know you've all been waiting for it ;)



The whole love triangle just didn't really do it for me and even if there is no sex involved to me it's still cheating. Yes his girlfriend was a bitch but he should have broken up with her if he wanted to have a different taste...



Mia wasn't any better waiting and hoping that he would dump his girlfriend and jump her...it takes two to tango right? And she was all...



Beside all this the book was very well written and if not for the love triangle this would have been a 4 star book for me...but as it was it only got 3 and a half stars from me.

2.5 disappointing stars

This book just didn't do it for me. I was looking forward to the oldest brother's story and it fell short. There were so many things that were over the top and exaggerated. After 15 years, you come to cash in on a promise that was made when you were ten? And it wasn't even a promise, it was just a statement. I get there was supposed to be endearment but I just wasn't vibing with it. I enjoyed the first two books but the grand finale flopped.

Maybe my least favorite of an excellent little series. But still very enjoyable.

I think I'll review the whole series here:

Kendall Ryan is a new author for me. I thought I'd try her out since the first book in this series (Filthy Beautiful Lies) was free at Amazon and it was just lingering there on my kindle, and of course that title... Well of course I got totally sucked in to the series, and had to continue with Filthy Beautiful Love, Filthy Beautiful Lust, and Filthy Beautiful Forever.

In a nutshell, these books are about the three Drake brothers--all handsome, successful, and well endowed. And of couse the special ladies they all fall (hard) for.



Filthy Beautiful Lies is about middle brother (28 year old) Colton Drake. He attends an auction where our desperate heroine ( 21 year-old Sophie) is auctioning off her virginity. Colton saves her from the clutches of what's sure to be a depraved master and buys her for himself for a hefty price tag. Why is Sophie so desperate for money? And why is Colton delaying in taking her virginity? And what is the "lie" (per the title)?

This was a steamy, quick and easy read, and of course I fell for both Sophie and Colt. It ended on a cliffhanger, so naturally I had to read Filthy Beautiful Love. In that book Sophie deals with a heartbreaking tragedy, and Colton is right there for her every step of the way. I loved his devotion to her. I loved them together. I loved his brothers (Pace and Collins) so I knew I had to read their books too...

In Filthy Beautiful Lust, youngest (age 25) brother Pace (the manwhore of the family), falls for Colton's friend/employee--beautiful redheaded single mom Kylie (age 30). Kylie feels she can't really trust men after her baby daddy dumped her after realizing she was pregnant. Kylie's one year old son is her top priority now, and any man who wants to win her heart must be good daddy material for son Max. When sexy Pace comes into her life, and is a natural with Max, will she give him a chance? Is Pace ready to leave his love 'em and leave 'em past behind, and become a family man? What will it take for Pace to convince Kylie that he's grown up now and looking to become a one woman man?

Loved this one too, and I think maybe Pace was my favorite. I loved how hard he worked to gain Kylie's trust, and god, who wouldn't love a man who was so devoted to your kid?

And finally Filthy Beautiful Forever. This was about older brother (30) Collins. Collins is a bit of a control freak who has forgotten how to have fun. He's been in a long term relationship with super model girlfriend Tatiana. They have hot sex and look good together but aren't really good together. Superficial Tatiana may just be using Collins for his money. It doesn't seem that she cares about him all that much. And Collins probably knows this, but just is too complacent to do anything about it. But when childhood friend Mia knocks on his door, his world is turned upside down. She's here to remind him of the promise that they made to each other when they were 10(!)...and may need his help. Collins hasn't seen her in 15 years, and my has she filled out and grown up! But does she really want him to keep a promise that they made when they were kids?

While I also enjoyed this one, there was something about Mia and Collins's story that didn't seem quite right. First of all a promise made as 10 year olds? Pretty flimsy. And Mia showing up unannounced, jobless and penniless? I think I would've had more respect for her if she had a job, any job, before showing up on Collins doorstep after 15 years. How about calling him on the phone and let him offer you a place to stay?

And it took Collins way too long to come to terms with his true feelings for Mia. All along he knew in his head that Tatiana meant nothing to him, yet he kept her around (although to his credit, didn't sleep with her) while he hemmed and hawed about Mia and if he really wanted to start a new life with someone who actually cared about him. When they finally did get together it was sexy and hot (like the previous couples), but the path they took to get there wasn't my favorite.

If you're looking for some hot, sexy, and occasionally a bit 'filthy' reads, than this is the series for you. They're very easy reads, the couples are likable, and you'll root for their HEAs.

I loved Filthy Beautiful Lust, the story was full and enjoyable. Pace was an interesting character, I loved the bond he had with Kylie and her son.


I was looking forward to reading Filthy Beautiful Forever but unfortunately, it fell flat for me. There is no story, no interesting plot. There are pages and pages of repetitive details about Mia and Collins past. When Collins kept mentioning the blood on Mia's thigh after he took her virginity I started to feel uncomfortable, I didn't think it was necessary to keep repeating that

It is told in dual POV and Mia's chapters are boring. She recalls memories of young Collins and the details about the first time they hooked up, which was mentioned a few too many times. She worries about intruding on his life and it just got so boring, I was skipping pages.

The author tried her best to push me the reader into disliking Tatianna as soon as Mia appeared on the scene. There was not enough character development at the beginning so I didn't like Mia or Tatianna.

The book reads a little like a first novel. It has a completely different style and tone from Filthy Beautiful Lust.

However, I will look out for future books by this author.

This is a spin-off for Collins who is Colton's oldest brother. Collins and Mia were childhood sweethearts, proposing marriage at five and a bunch of firsts shared before Mia's family had to move away. When things go bad in Mia's adult life she shows up on Collins doorstep to say hello to an old friend. Collins was already feeling the tension but had no clue when he couldn't seal the deal with his model girlfriend but answering that door, seeing Mia again, things started to fall into place. I thought the sexual tension was very sweet and sexy. I loved the appearance of Collins' brothers and their significant others. I also liked the journey that Collins and Mia took to get to their ending.

Oh how I love the Drake Brothers!!!!! I wish they were real and not fictional :) They are the reason why I love Kendall Ryan's books. She is able to create Heroes that I want to be real. I think every Hero she has created has made my book boyfriend list. I also love her writing style.

As I started this book I was a little nervous….it was going in the direction of two themes that are hard limits for me….(cheating and a love triangle) I will say that yes this book does have a love triangle but it doesn't last the whole book. As for the cheating…..this is a fine line here. If you don't like any cheating in your books then I would suggest not reading the book….because Collins (H) and Mia (h) do kiss while he is with Tatianna. That is the extent of the crossing the line. What happens in this book to me was minor and it really didn't bother me. I think it helped that after the minor occurrence both Mia and Collins realize that they need to put on the brakes until he ends his current relationship.

What made me fall in love with this book besides that it's a Kendall Ryan book was that it is a second chance romance. This is the fourth and final book in the Filthy Beautiful Lies Series and focuses on Mia and Collins. Collins is the oldest of the Drake Brothers. He is one who is always in control of life and every facet of his life, kind of just going through the motions and not really living. That is until his childhood friend Mia bounces back into his life, by showing up unannounced on his doorstep. What I loved about Mia was that she was so fun and carefree, she was the opposite of Collins but she complimented him so well. I was glad we got to see a fun and sexy side of Collins as the story went on. I will say the only thing that really bugged me about Collins was that he was kind of wishy washy when it came to his feelings for Mia and what to do about Tatianna. I was expecting him to be a little stronger when it came to this then he was. This in NO WAY deterred my enjoyment of this book!!!!

I am sad to see this series come to an end, but I thought the way Kendall ended this book was perfection. I loved the epilogue. To be honest I thought this was just a sweet and romantic story not a lot of drama to mess things up. I am for sure going to miss the Drake Brothers and will definitely be rereading this series again in the future.

I would 100% recommend this series!!!

Collins Drake, the oldest of the Drake brothers, is all about control. As the big brother, a lot of responsibility has fallen squarely on his shoulders, and while he hasn’t complained or felt knocked down by the pressure, he hasn’t truly been living his life…he hasn’t been having fun…he hasn’t been feeling anything other than release – and that’s even turning into a problem;)

But that’s all about to change…

15 years ago, he gave his heart and his body to Mia Monroe, and although there’s been a large amount of time and distance between them, she’s going to shake up his world in a way that messy and unpredictability will become his norm, but that’s only if he’s willing to go on that adventure with her and hold true to their pinky promise all those years ago.

Readers weren’t given too much insight into what made Collins Drake who he is in the previous three books, so I wasn’t sure what to expect with him. He definitely carries himself as a mature and responsible adult, but in some ways, he’s almost too conscientious and that’s thwarted any attempts to be carefree or even smile…even his choice of a girlfriend, the ever plastic and bitchy Tatianna, is a safe place to not feel too much or lose control. But when Mia shows up on his doorsteps, readers see a much different Collins, and as their days and time together continue, Collins Drake becomes a plethora of feelings and uncontrollable urges, which is exactly the kind of shake up his life needs.

Mia’s the quintessential girl next door, and she opens Collins up again and shows him there’s a whole life out there worth living. She gives herself fully to the people she loves and her caring and considerate ways endear people to her almost immediately. Collins can’t help but feel whole with Mia back in his life, and Mia can’t help but want to have Collins in every facet of her life because he’s always had her heart.

Can Mia get the forever that she’s always wanted with Collins? Readers will have to pick up the final book in Kendall Ryan’s Filthy Beautiful Lies series and see for themselves.

Boy have the Drake brothers rocked my reading world! Colton, Pace, and Collins are all insanely sexy and a whole lotta alpha. I loved witnessing them get the girls they’re meant to have, and even though done of their paths were easy, all three of the Drakes worked through the bullshit and the fears and fought for what they wanted.

I’m definitely sad to see this series end, but I know the Queen of Smut will continue to bring her A game in her future releases, and I can’t wait;)

This is the fourth book in the Filthy Beautiful series and this one features Collins Drake and Mia Monroe. All books can be read as a standalone has each book in the series features different main leads.

Brief Synopsis
Collins Drake made a pact with his best friend Mia that if they never got married by a certain age they would marry each other. Mia and Collins got separated and lost touch throughout the years, now down on her luck Mia tracks Collins down about to remind him about her promise when she is met with a surprise that he has a girlfriend.

My Thoughts
I must say out of all the brothers Collins was the most pathetic and spineless. He was in a devoted relationship with someone who he did not even like. I find to be the most confusing and ridiculous plot that it was not even funny. He had absolutely no reason for being with his previous girlfriend, what made it even worse is that he cheated whilst in this committed devoted relationship with his previous girlfriend. The heroine even encouraged his disgusting behavior because she just wanted love. I cannot stand spineless woman that allow themselves to be gutted by any man so I had a really hard time reading or particularly liking this heroine.
This plot line was so ridiculous that I could not even understand where it came from. The heroine and hero were terrible that I could not like either of them and I found it very hard to finish this book. It was even worse than the previous book and I could not even believe it.

Very disappointed!

1 stars just for the effort.

Ahh! I have been wanting Collins' book for quite a bit now. I feel like my boys from this series are family and I love them so much. Each man is so different and special in their own way. After reading Pace's book, I was convinced that no one could out-sweet him. Collins didn't but he was damn close. He is such an incredible sweetheart and I found myself falling in love with him.
The book begins and Collins is still with his shallow money hungry model girlfriend. Mia shows up on on Collins' door step broke and looking to hold Collins to a promise that he made a very long time ago. Collins has some big decisions to make. I loved how he was always honest and kind in making them. Swoony! Mia and Collins are ridiculously hot in this one and I really did enjoy this story. It is definitely a lighter more low angst read than the rest of this series but I still really enjoyed it. I loved Collins but Pace and his dimples will forever be my favorite. I cannot wait for more from Kendall!

Collins is the oldest of the three Drake brothers and has held that role and it's responsibility since their mother's death. He is meticulous, he gets whatever he sets his mind to and is always in control of every area of his life. He has a beautiful super model girlfriend Tatianna, that meet his physical needs, so what more could he want? However, Collins is bored and no longer is satisfied, the only satisfactions comes from being CEO of his own Financial business. That is until one day he gets a visitor that upset his quite control world.

Mia Monroe is Collins childhood best friend since the age of 5. Mia's family decides to move away at the age of 15 yrs old but the night before she left her & Collins gave each other the only thing no one else had, their virginity. Mia never saw Collins again. Well that is until she lost her job and decided to cash in on a promise her best friend Collin made to her at the age of 10. If they were not married by the age of 30 they would marry each other. Well image when Mia shows up on Collins door stop unannounced, the careful controlled Collins Drake don't know what to do. It is obvious Collins has not forgotten his friend Mia (Gremlin) but what will he do because he is now with his usper model girlfriend Tatianna... This was a great ending to the series Collins Drake made me swoon and turns out to be the best Drake brother.

AND IT'S OVER :(

I can't believe that this series is done. I wish there was another book.. but sadly, I don't think it will happen. Mostly because this one was written like.. 3 years ago. I really did fall in love with everyone from this series and I can't wait to dive into another one written by Kendall Ryan.

In this book, you will meet Collins and Mia. Now they are childhood best friends and crushes. They made this cute little pact back in the day: "If they are still single at 30 years old, they would marry each other." Doesn't that sound like a cute ass hallmark or lifetime movie? Yes, yes it does. I ate it up as well.

First off, they didn't marry each other right then and there. No, Collins was actually dating this self-centered model. I don't really know why they were still together because there was no love going on.

Zero. Zilch. Nada.

Second, they definitely had feelings for each other. The sparks were there guys. However, nothing really truly happened until he broke it off with the model bitch. Once they did get together, wham bam fireworks! I loved them together so freaking much. Even his brothers were wondering when they were going to get together. They obviously all knew about their deep crush on each other.

Overall, I really liked this book. I liked getting to see all of the previous couples having families now. I enjoyed seeing Mia and Collins getting reacquainted again. It was simply adorable and fun audio to listen to.

Mia Monroe had to move away at fifteen. Move from the boy that was her best friend, the boy she gave her virginity to. The same boy that stole her heart and held it for decades. When her life takes a turn for the worse, she sets out to find Collins, after all she has a promise she wants to cash in on.

I loved this installment of this series. I was worried at how we’d get Collins’ story. After all he wasn’t a single man at the start of this series. But Kendall Ryan gave us a great story that although had moments where I was ready to question his intentions, Collins did his best to remain a good guy, even if it was the last thing he wanted to do.

When I started this series the first thought I had after finishing book one, was that I wanted more. I wanted both Collins and Pace to have their story told too. There was something about the way they captured your attention in their initial scenes in book one, something that drew you in and made you love them just as much as you fell for Colton.

I adored this story and haven’t come across a book from Kendall that I have not enjoyed. In Filthy Beautiful Forever you get a story of childhood friends, turned lovers and given a second chance at love. The sexual tension is drawn out and you, right alongside the characters ache for the moment that they connect.

If you have not met the Drake brothers, you should. A steamy romance with swoon worthy heroes that leaves you with crazy happy feels at the end!

Collins Drake is the oldest Drake brother. He is serious and exercises control over all facets of his life. It all happens on his command.......be it the dealings with his company or satisfying his physical needs. He is successful and has a girlfriend who is a top model…….so why does he feel like something is off or missing in his life?

Then a woman shows up at his home and reminds him of a pinky promise they made each other when they were just ten years old.

Mia Monroe decides after losing her job that she needs a fresh start. She was not just his best friend, she was also the girl he lost his virginity to and hasn't seen since that night. He is about to lose control of his life when she shows up and stirs the pot of his carefully laid out plans.

I liked the first 2 books & I thoroughly enjoyed the 3rd book which was Pace’s story. This book did not disappoint but you have to keep in mind there is not much to them other than a good love story. I completely enjoyed Collins dominate personality and it was a cute book but I am going to say Pace’s book was still my favorite in the series.
